Cosy, rustic country house "Le Nuvole", detached, surrounded by fields. 5 km from the centre of Castiglione Del Lago, in a sunny position, 5 km from the lake. Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 4 km, railway station "Castiglion Del Lago" 5 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 27 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Cetona 15 km, Città Della Pieve 20 km, Passignano Sul Trasimeno 26 km, Cortona 37 km, Perugia 45 km, Pienza 45 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Castiglione del Lago

Picturesque village with 14'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region directly by the Lago Trasimeno, 50 km west from Perugia, 62 km south from Arezzo. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs, wellness centre at 20 km. Castiglione del lago was built on a limestone headland which used to be the 4thisland on the Lake Trasimeno. Many archeological finds from its Etrurian originswere discovered in the countryside. Daily ferry trips to the other 3 islands.

Das Ferienhaus ist groß und bietet alles, was man braucht, sogar ne deutsche Kaffemasch. Es ist aber ein altes Bauernhaus, so dass naturgemäß Spinnen etc. auch da sind. Wer da empfindlich ist... Der Pool ist mega groß und mit Salz, statt Chlor, toll. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und möchte, dass man einen schönen Urlaub hat. Schwierig war die Anfahrt, der Weg ist so ausgefahren, niedrige Autos könnten aufsetzen und bei Regen kaum befahrbar

Das Haus liegt in Einzellage und ist für den Urlaub mit Hund optimal. Vollständig mit 2m Zaun umzäunt. Pool nochmals abgetrennt, so dass der Fellnase nichts passieren kann. Nicht einsehbar, im Garten Büsche von Rosmarin, Lorbeer, Oregano, Thymian zur Mitbenutzung. Grill vorhanden. Verwunschener Garten mit Rosen. Die umliegenden Felder gehören auch der Eigentümerin, waren aber nicht gemäht (2m hoch), so dass man für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund immer die Anfahrtsstraße nehmen musste. Etwas getrübt hat den Urlaub, dass das Internet aus technischen Gründen bis zum vorletzten Tag nicht verfügbar war. Hausstaub bzw Jasmin kann bei Allergikern für Probleme sorgen. An der nahegelegenen Zugstrecke fährt 2-3mal pro Stunde ein Personenzug durch. 300m Zufahrt ist ein ausgewaschener Feldweg. Auch nicht tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge drohen aufzusetzen. Bei Starkregen wird der Weg schlammig und rutschig. Ausstattung passt, kein Ofen. Kleine Espressomaschine. Pool wurde in 2 Wochen 3x gereinigt Wissenswert ist, dass unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer/WhatsApp eine Assistentin der Eigentümerin unter deren Namen erreicht wird. Das kann zu Abstimmungsschwierigkeiten führen. Kontakt zu allen war freundlich.

Sehr idyllisch gelegenes Haus. Keine Nachbarn weit und breit. Ideal für Hundebesitzer - Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Sauberkeit im Haus ist nicht ganz perfekt, die Küche ist mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht, wenn man nur Frühstück im Haus.

Abbiamo trascorso qui una meravigliosa settimana con i nostri due bambini ad agosto. La casa, molto spaziosa ed accogliente, è un’oasi di pace immersa nelle splendide campagne che circondano il lago Trasimeno. Al tempo stesso si trova a meno di 5 minuti dall’area commerciale di Castiglione del Lago. Rappresenta inoltre il punto di partenza ideale per visitare le più belle città d’arte dell’Umbria. La piscina (privata!) merita una menzione speciale, è stata apprezzatissima da tutti noi!

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und unserer Tochter in diesem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus für 1 Woche. Wir waren begeistert! Sauberer Pool, sehr schöner Garten und die Ruhe der Umgebung, die wirklich einmalig ist. Geschirr und Küche ok, Kühlschrank und einige Geräte eher alt, aber funktionsfähig.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll, der Garten sehr nett. Alles im Haus funktioniert einwandfrei, alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist aeusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei stärkerem Regen kann der Feldweg, der zum Haus führt u. U. zum Problem werden. Ansonsten super, jederzeit gerne wieder
