In the district of Rosia Alta 6 km from the centre of Sovicille, 13 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district. In the house: central heating system, burglar alarm system. 500 m long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bar, bakery 100 m, café, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Rosia" 300 m, railway station "Siena" 13 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 70 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 40 km. Die Casa Francesca ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet von Rosia gelegen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt durch schmale Gassen (besser: kleines Auto). Die Einrichtung und indirekte Beleuchtung sorgen im Haus für Gemütlichkeit. Gasherd, Spül- und Waschmaschine funktionierten einwandfrei. F. war jederzeit erreichbar und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite (auch trotz mangelnder Italienischkenntnisse unsererseits). Eine Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen vor dem Haus ein. Hinweis: Der TV ist Flat aber nicht Smart

Le ménage est à revoir (vaisselle sale), pas adapté pour 6 personnes (table petite, 4 chaises, salon 3 places, douche à l'étage impossible à utiliser pour des adultes). Maison pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Gros problème d'humidité malgré le déshumidificateur (odeur nauséabonde, lit humide…) F. ne parle que l'Italien et pas un mot d'anglais. Accès plus que difficile pour les véhicules monospaces. Maison bien placée pour les visites alentours, joli petit village, beau point de vue.

Nous sommes navrés d'apprendre que le logement n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et nous avons bien pris note de votre avis. Nous vous assurons que la propriétaire et notre équipe de ménage entretiennent le logement méticuleusement mais, dans l'éventualité où la propreté du logement n'est pas satisfaisante nous vous invitons à nous contacter jusqu'à 48h après votre arrivée afin que nous puissions intervenir à nouveau dans les plus brefs délais. La responsabilité du nettoyage de la vaisselle n'incombe cependant pas à Interhome mais aux locataires ayant séjourné avant vous, en accord avec nos conditions générales. La douche à l'étage est peut-être plus petite que les deux autres, mais elle est tout aussi fonctionnelle. Concernant la capacité du logement, il y a effectivement 4 chaises autour de la table mais il est possible d'en apporter d'autres (il y a 9 autres chaises dans le logement). Il y a également 3 autres tables : deux pour 4 persones, et une pour 6 personnes. Enfin, la propriétaire fait en sorte d'allumer le chauffage et le déshumidificateur plusieurs jours avant chaque séjour afin de prévenir l'humidité dans la maison. Toutefois, la saison a été humide en Italie et il se peut que cela n'ait pas suffit. La simple aération du logement devrait être suffisante à éliminer l'odeur que vous décrivez. The house was big enough and comfortable for the four adults, very nicely decorated and furnished with a nice little outside space. Good cooker but no space for prepping food, had to be done on the table. The upstairs shower space was tiny and no light near the sink. F. was a great host, responding quickly to messages and requests

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casetta in mezzo al piccolo borgo di Rosia. La casa è arredata in maniera moderna e accogliente, vi si trova tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno per fare delle vacanze tranquille. Quando abbiamo incontrato problemi col wifi, F. l‘ha fatto aggiustare subito. Ci è piaciuto soprattutto metterci sul terrazzo davanti a casa e poter simpatizzare con gli abitanti del paese. Un posto perfetto per conoscere la Toscana dall‘interno
