Dining room. 2 double bedrooms, each room with air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm), air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Natural stone floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Patio roofed, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony, box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Private: natural state property, swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 20.May. - 15.Oct.). Patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 300 m long bumpy motor access to the grounds. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop "Buonconvento" 4 km, railway station "Buonconvento" 4 km, thermal baths "Rapolano T" 24 km. Nearby attractions: Monte Oliveto Maggiore 5 km, Montalcino 15 km, Siena 32 km, Pienza 30 km, Montepulciano 42 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment (included). Location Description Montalcino

560 m a.s.l. >>The wine village of Montalcino is situated on a mountain hilltop from where one can overlook the Orcia and Ombrone valley as well as the extensive countryside as far as Siena. It is famous for "Brunello", one of Tuscany's most treasured red wines. The Sant' Antimo abbey is nearby, a rare and wonderful example of Roman construction skills in Tuscany. Well-known, historical village with 5'100 inhabitants, on top of a hill with beautiful view, 40 km south from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Casolare molto bello e confortevole. Rimane ancora tutto da sistemare lo spazio esterno. Piscina fuori terra piccola va bene solo per rinfrescarsi, ci vorrebbe anche una doccia esterna. Per il resto molta tranquillità e una bella vista sulle colline. Accesso alla proprietà non adatto a tutte le auto in quanto è necessario percorrere una strada sterrata in pendenza. Abbiamo avuto seri problemi con l'impianto di condizionamento che non ha funzionato per più di 4 giorni su 10.
