Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Terrace 100 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). E-charging station. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), terraced garden, 150 m2. Outdoor shower. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Apr. - 30.Nov.), heating available only from 01.Dec. - 31.Mar.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 10 km, sandy beach "Spiaggia Pergole" 3 km. Location Description Agrigento

Agrigento rises in the south-west part of the island among the hills sloping down towards the sea. Despite the expansion, the historic center still retains an exceptional historical and architectural interest. The surrounding valley is beautiful with architectural evidence. It is known as the City of Temples for its expanse of Doric temples of the ancient Greek city located in the so-called Valley of the Temples, included in 1997 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Among the illustrious citizens to remember Luigi Pirandello, Nobel Prize for Literature in 1934. Agrigento was named Italian Capital of Culture for 2025. You can combine the beautiful sea of its coast with beaches with golden sand to the cultural stay. The town is served by charging stations for electric cars.

Die Unterkunft ist als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen rund um die Region Agrigent perfekt geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Besonders schön ist die traumhafte Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick und die Ruhe.

Das Ferienhaus war tatsächlich besser als die Fotos es im Internet zeigen. Es war komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die Matratzen waren super bequem. Das ganze "Anwesen" mit der riesigen Terrasse und dem Garten war perfekt gepflegt. Spektakulär war der Ausblick, an dem man sich gar nicht satt sehen kann. Die Lage des Hauses war zwar ein wenig abseits, aber dafür auch sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Touren in den Westen Siziliens. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen!

Unser 1. Urlaub auf Sizilien war sehr schön. Unterkunft sehr sauber und schön. Der Ausblick atemberaubend. Der Weg dorthin war für mich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen.

A fantastic piece of accommodation. The views of the sea and the sunsets were breathtaking. The property has two kitchens ( one outside) and a barbecue with a covered outside table. There was really little more you could ask for. Great location for visiting the Valley of the Temples. We would thoroughly recommend booking as long as you are comfortable driving on the non tarmaced access road.

Wir Vier (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies) durften wundervolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Der Ausblick ist genau wie auf den Fotos einfach atemberaubend schön. Die gesamte Anlage um das Haus und das Haus an sich sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und super gepflegt. Der Whirlpool hat besonders den Mädels sehr gut gefallen. -) C. hat sich um alles gekümmert und uns immer zur Seite gestanden. Kleiner Tipp: Ihr braucht ein Offroad-taugliches Auto für die Zeit. -) Wir kommen wieder

Piękny dom ,doskonale urządzony , z zapierającymi dech w piersiach widokami. Położony na wzgórzu z widokiem na morze , z dużym i wygodnym tarasem (duży stół, krzesła, kanapa, kuchnia zewnętrza z grillem , zadaszony i osłonięty od wiatru). W ogrodzie jacuzzi i 2 leżaki .Cisza i intymność . Miejsce do odpoczynku i zregenerowania sił w luksusowych warunkach. Miły, pomocny gospodarz.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser modernen, sauberen Unterkunft verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, um dort richtig zu kochen, das Bett ist super bequem und die Aussicht atemberaubend v. a. bei Sonnenuntergang. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich, das Haus liegt am Ende einer Bergstraße und ist deshalb perfekt für alle die absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre schätzen. Unser lieber Gastgeber hat uns mit hervorragenden Empfehlungen (Pesceria in Porto Empedocle und Strand in Capo Rossello) versorgt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke! P. s.: Die Lage lässt einen allerdings auch die teilweise starken Westwinde spüren;-)
