In the centre of Balestrate 3 km from the centre of Trappeto, 17 km from the centre of Castellammare del Golfo, 55 km from the centre of Palermo, in a sunny position, 100 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. In the complex: lift. Airport transfer (extra). Public parking on the road. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Balestrate" 1 km, sandy beach "Marina di Balestrate" 400 m pebble beach "Cala dei Pescatori" 200 m. Nearby attractions: Borgo Parrini 17 km, Parco Archeologico Segesta 27 km, Erice 52 km, Trapani Traghetti per Isole Egadi 57 km, San Vito lo Capo 59 km, Marsala Saline dello Stagnone 67 km. Location Description Palermo

Palermo is the largest city in Sicily and the main port of the island, the center of the Mediterranean routes. The city extends from the gulf to the surrounding mountains which enclose the Conca d'Oro with beautiful citrus groves. Numerous historical and architectural testimonies starting from the beautiful castle that dominates the port. In the 9th century AD. C. with the Arabs, the city defined as "paradise on earth", acquired splendor. The Zisa Castle, the Maredolce Castle and the Favorita Park bear witness to this period. During the Norman and Swabian period there was a great economic and cultural development. Under the domination of the Aragonese great changes were made in the city. Today the historic center of Palermo is divided into four districts (Loggia-Castellammare, Tribunali-Kalsa, Palazzo Reale and Monte di Pietà-Capo) linked to the two historic arteries of the city: the Cassaro and via Maqueda, a road perpendicular to the first and which, at the intersection with this, it creates the Quattro Canti di Città square. The city is served by charging stations for electric cars.

l'appartamento si trova proprio accanto ad un ristorante carino dove subito abbiamo potuto stuzzicare il buon cibo siciliano. Casa perfetta, molto carina, di recente ristrutturazione e dotata di ogni comfort. il check in si svolge in modo autonomo e questo permette flessibilità sugli orari. Personale disponibile e accogleinte.

De entree is goed toegankelijk, discreet en mooi met diverse uitvalswegen. Het complex is voorzien van brede marmeren treden en een inpandige lift. Heel mooi afgewerkt. We hebben als gezin genoten van comfort en luxe die het appartement had. Heerlijk centraal, een erg fijn balkon waar we dagelijks aten en genoten van alles om ons heen. Badkamer heel mooi afgewerkt. Alles met marmeren vloeren, afwerking heel goed, heel goed nagedacht over inrichting en afwerking. Wasmachine/keuken in appartement.

Wir waren Ende März wohl die einzigsten und evtl. die ersten Bewohner des nagelneuen Apartmenthauses. Der Check-in lief kontaktlos. Die Verwalterin war trotzdem vor Ort und die Kommunikation war mit Google Übersetzer möglich. Im Erdgeschoss wird noch ein Restaurant hergerichtet. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Balestrate.
