Please note: car recommended. The house is in a pine forest, BBQ not permitted. External staircase to go to solarium.

Voto buono. Peccato essendo una casa di pochi anni che ci siano già zanzariere rotte e infissi difettosi. Pochissimi piatti posate bicchieri e pentole. Il costo dell'aria condizionata è esoso

Der Vermieter war ... Torsten B.

Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, alle Probleme sofort zu lösen und stets erreichbar. Das Haus war nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider gab es um das Haus nur Sand, bei anderen Häusern war der Garten schön gestaltet. Schlecht war die Umgebung. Baustellen und an so mancher Stelle lag Müll herum. Die Anlage war ungepflegt, das Haus selbst aber gut eingerichtet. Schade, dass die Gegend so ungepflegt war, das Haus würden wir wieder mieten.

Leider war der Garten ungepflegt, manche Töpfe konnten nicht benutzt werden weil die Beschichtung abging.Es gab keinen schwamm oder Geschirr Handtücher.Wo wir ankamen lag viel Müll am Eingangstor.

Zeer fijn vakantiehuis in kleinschalig park San Pietro a Mare vlak bij Valledoria. Het vakantiehuis ligt op 350 meter van het strand.

Locatie goed. Mooi huisje. Alleen uitrusting zeer beperkt. Wasmachine en vaatwasser kunnen niet tegelijk aan. Waterkoker afwezig. Geen tuinmeubilair. Etc.

Gemütliches Haus im PinienwaldCarola K.

Wieder einmal ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt Absoluter Pluspunkt: zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am weitläufigen Sandstrand Ausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus ausreichend, ein Gasgrill und ein paar Liegestühle für den Garten würden das Haus aufwerten, denn auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz um sich aufzuhalten. Gerne wieder
