Private: natural state property. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bar, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Lu Pultiddolu" 350 m. Sports harbour 8 km. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 7 km, Vignola mare 14 km, Aeroporto Olbia 60 km, Porto Torres 96 km, Costa Paradiso 33 km, costa Smeralda Porto Cervo 50 km. Please note: car recommended.

Haus in toller ruhiger Lage, sehr schöner Ausblick von Terrasse. Einrichtung + Sauberkeit in Ordnung, generell reparaturbedürftig. Kaum Utensilien zum Kochen, Kaffeetassen/Gläser kaputt und eingefärbt. Spülbecken + Wasserhahn (wackelig) mit Lack überlackiert der abplatzt. Stahlharte Matrazen, Dusch-Abtrennung hebt sich aus den Schienen. Kein Hinweis, das weder Spüllappen, Polster für Liegen,... nicht vorhanden sind. Garten mit Bauschutt belastet (scharfe Fliesen,...). Lage super! Luft nach oben

RAFFAELE I.
Terrazza con vista panoramica eccezionale .area verde circostante l'abitazione ridotta ad un ammasso di sassi e sterpaglie . La casa è accogliente e l'arredamento gradevole ma risulta trascurata da tempo ; necessita di una accurata manutenzione e revisione delle serrature e infissi in generale ( le persiane non sono più funzionanti ). La batteria da cucina è scarsa . Piano elettrico di cottura troppo vicino al lavello .Sportelli doccia escono dalle guide .
