Cosy, comfortable single-family house. In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 16 km from the centre of Aglientu, 7 km from the centre of Vignola, on a slope, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 200 m from the sea. Private: swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 500 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco acquatico Acquafantasy 26 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Die Anlage in der das Haus steht ist sehr schön angelegt, schön alles in die Natur integriert, das Haus ist leider in die Jahre gekommen, 6 der Betten sind Etagenbetten, 2 Betten sind 2 Metallgestelle, zusammengeschoben, die knarzen und klappern. Das größte Ärgernis ist die Mülltrennung, jeden Tag wird etwas anderes abgeholt, aber am Auszugstag muss man den restlichen Müll nach Aglientu bringen 17km entfernt, und nur zwischen 14-1800Uhr. Keine Sammelmöglichkeit in der Anlage, inakzeptabel

Schöne Ferienanlage, das Haus leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alles etwas abgewohnt, 6 Betten sind Etagenbetten, 2 Betten sind 2 Metallgestelle zusammengestellt, knarzend und klappernd. Den Möbel, der Küche sieht man den Zahn der Zeit an. Es gibt am schönen, sauberen Pool keine Sonnenliegen sondern Sitzstühle. Bei Einzug wurde von Interhome( Betreuer vir Ort) ein Wäschpaket für 19€/Person verkauft, das aus einem Duschtuch, einem Handtuch, ein Kissenbezug und ein Bettuch besteht. Sonst ist in dem Haus nix, auch kein Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtuch, etc. Blöd, wenn man Samstag abend um 19: 00 Uhr ankommt, da fehlen die schnellen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Internet funktioniert gut, wenn man herausgefunden hat, wie man reinkommt, eine Anleitung mit Passwort gibt es nicht. Ansonsten gibt es in der Anlage keine Restaurants, nur einen kleinen aber sehr gut sortierten Tanta-Emmaladen. Die nächsten Restaurants gibt es in Costa Paradiso. Grösstes Ärgernis: Die Mülltrennung, 6 verschieden zu trennende Materialen, an jedem Tag wird ein anderer Mülleimer geleert, den man erst morgens raustellen sollte, nachts nimmt den irgendwelches Getier sonst genau unter die Lupe. Ich hab kein Problem mit der Trennung, find ich gut, aber am letzten Tag muss man das Haus müllfrei übergeben, es gibt aber keine Sammelstelle in der Anlage, dazu muss man 17 km nach Aglientu, in der Zeit zwischen 14-18Uhr und dort alles getrennt abgeben, inakzeptabel! Interhome kümmert sich gut mit Unterlagen, Anfahrskizzen, Erklärungen bis zum Einchecken, danach dauert der Mailverkehr plötzlich 24 Stunden. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenhalt genossen, viel Ruhe und schöne Natur, man macht das Beste draus!

Wir hatten in Aglientu eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Buchung hat gut geklappt. Das Haus war gut für den Aufenthalt mit den großen Kindern geeignet;-)

Tres belle maison, très bien située. Calme et tranquilité total au mois de mai. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et la cuisine est très bien aménagée de sorte qu'il ne manquait rien pour cuisiner. Le petit magasin a proximité offre un choix suffisant. J espere pouvoir revenir un jour.

Una ristrutturazione e una maggior cura degli esterni e degli impianti sopratutto elettrici (cavi di messa a terra sui rubinetti dell'acqua!!, boiler DENTRO LA doccia) porterebbe questa casa ad uno standard elevato, in linea con le altre del luogo

Fabulous location for this well designed and comfortable villa with very nice swimming pool, fantastic view and easy access to the beach. Our five kids aged 11 to 23 all loved it. The villa is situated in a very pleasant, quiet and secure complex with convenient amenities (conciergerie, little supermarket and very nice restaurant). L. from the local InterHome office was very friendly and helpful.

ABBIAMO IMPIEGATO ORE, DI NOTTE, al buio per trovare la casa all'interno del villaggio. il servizio clienti non rispondeva. non ci sono numeri civici e nemmeno il nome delle vie. serve assolutamente un accompagnatore. la casa era sporca e infestata dalle zanzare e dalle formiche. il cortile interno si allaga ad ogni temporale.impossibile pranzare fuori perchè non c'è una protezione dal sole nel cortile interno. la zona molto bella e selvaggia anche se infestata dai cinghiali.

Al nostro arrivo era buio ed abbiamo impiegato ore a trovare la casa. Non ci sono nomi di vie e tantomeno numeri civici visibili dalla strada. E’ stato necessario percorrere diversi vialetti e provare le chiavi in più ville prima di riuscire a trovare la casa giusta. Il villaggio è un labirinto. E’ necessario essere accompagnati. Il servizio clienti non rispondeva. La casa era sporca ed infestata da formiche e zanzare. Nella zona giorno non ci sono zanzariere. I materassi molto macchiati. Nel cortile interno non c’è il gazebo che si vede in fotografia e nemmeno un ombrellone e quindi non si riesce a pranzare fuori a causa del sole battente. Inoltre ci sono stati due forti temporali ed il cortile ed il ripostiglio sono rimasti allagati per ore. La wifi era lentissima. Nel complesso la casa è ben disposta, soprattutto la zona giorno. Manca una caffettiera che funzioni sulle piastre ad induzione. Le camere con i letti a castello sono veramente piccole come le cabine del traghetto. Il contesto dove sorge la casa è molto bello e selvaggio. Peccato per la presenza di numerosi cinghiali. Mi auguro che le mie osservazioni possano servirvi per migliorare il servizio. Se poi ci vorrete riconoscere un bonus od un rimborso per i disagi patiti non sarebbe fuoriluogo
