In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 16 km from the centre of Aglientu, 7 km from the centre of Vignola, on a slope, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 150 m from the sea. Private: property with wildlife garden and trees. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at 30 m on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 500 m. Marina 1.5 km, tennis 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Da wir etwas früh in der Saison dort waren hatten leider keine Lokalitäten in Fußnähe geöffnet. Wir hatten drei Bettbezüge bezahlt aber nur zwei vorgefunden. Der Kontakt mit Interhome in Olbia kam trotz Mails und Anrufe unsererseits nicht zustande. Das Geschirr in den Küchenschränken war dreckig und auch sonst lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Es gab nicht ein Blatt Klopapier, keine Tonnen für Müll,obwohl wir ihn hätten entsorgen müssen. W-LAN-Passwort war falsch

We had an amazing week at Villa Mati. The views are just stunning and make up for anything the villa lacks. Our only complaint would be about the bed linen. We were shocked this isn't included in the price of the rental. Added to that, the beds weren't made up & none of the sheets fitted the beds.

I would have given a score of excellent, if the beds had been made and also the quality of the bedlinen was shocking - nothing fit the beds and the sheets had seen better days. Not what I would expect having paid £75.33 for the privilege!

Seit Jahren, rd. zum 15. Mal, bereisen wir Sardinien. So kennen wir die Vielfalt dieses tollen Landes, speziell das Gebiet der Gallura. Unsere Unterkünfte suchten wir stets an vorzüglichen Aussichtslagen (Häuser und Hotels). So sind wir auf Ihr Angebot, Villa Mati, gestossen. Diese Villa liegt mit aussergewöhnlich freier Sicht auf Meer und Macchia top - DAS Mietargument! Die rd. 200 Villen liegen in gepflegten Gärten mit Macchia-Bepflanzung. Alle Zugangswege sind sehr sauber u gut unterhalten

Schönes Haus in Küstennähepeter p.

Das Haus ist grundsätzlich wunderschön u. in bezaubernder Lage bei netten Details, wie z.B. Raumbeleuchtung oder Aussen— Innenbereich, sehr lichtdurchflutet. Leider mangelhaft im Küchenbereich sowie bzg. aller durchgelegenen Matratzen. Ein Korbstuhl am Esstisch war kaputt sowie die Aussenlounge. Es wäre angemessen, intakte Sitzkissen für Innen und Aussenbereich zu haben . Das Wlan funktionierte nicht, wurde jedoch von der Verwaltung umgehend bei Beanstandung behoben. Auch viele andere Mängel.

Fantastische Lage, architektonisch durchdacht, optisch einfach ein Highlight, sehr sauber, sehr gute Beleuchtung im Haus und außen. Leider nur 2 Liegen ohne Auflagen, Loungemöbel ohne Auflagen, ansonsten Klappstühle, z. T. Plastikgeschirr, Töpfe sind ebenfalls nicht wirklich nutzbar.

L’endroit est magnifique et calme. Les chambres sont impeccables. Par contre la cuisine manque d’équipement de base (3 bols pour 6 personnes pas de produits pour commencer : sel, produit vaisselle …) Pas de Check in ni de Check out, nous n’avons vu personne c’est le gardien à l’accueil qui nous a donné les clés.

Nous avons bien noté votre déception de ne pas trouver de produits de base comme du sel ou du liquide vaisselle mais il s’agit d’une location de vacances et nous vous confirmons que ces produits ne sont pas inclus dans la prestation. Enfin, le gardien est le seul à être autorisé à remettre les clés mais notre équipe locale est à votre disposition si vous rencontrez le moindre problème. Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.

La posizione è davvero splendida ma la dotazione in cucina molto scarsa con pentole usurate e poco funzionali. Pessima la gestione rifiuti, che non dipende certo da Interhome, ma il ritiro è "saltato " per una intera settimana.

All defects should be reported to the keyholder, so it can be noted and resolved as soon as possible. In any case, there are now new pots in the kitchen. Waste collection needs to be sorted appropriately, or the municipality waste collectors will overlook it. Thank you for the review.

Anwesen mit guter Substanz. Landschaftlich tolle Lage. Gutes WLAN. Wenig bis kein Zivilisationslärm. Zwei kostenlose Parkplätze. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Perfekt für 4 Erwachsene 2 Kinder. Guter englisch-sprachiger Ansprechpartner im lokalen Mietbüro.

Es hatte im Aussenbereich 1 Gartensofa und 2 Loungestühle + 2 Liegestühle, die Polster fehlten dazu. Das Haus hatte sehr viele Ameisen (u.a. Küchenschublade). Um diese zu bekämpfen mussten wir Ameisenfallen kaufen. Viele tote Moskitos im Haus. Kein Moskitonetz, kein Ventilator. Bettwäsche (2 Leintücher). Alte, unbequeme Kopfkissen. Abfalltrennung: zuwenig Container & Deckel defekt). WLAN Beschriftung nicht korrekt aufgeschrieben. Siphon im Bad tropfte, Lumpen musste täglich ausgewindet werden.

Absolutnie cudownie zlokalizowany dom wakacyjny z widokiem na morze. Wyposażenie wystarczające i gwarantujące zaspokojenie potrzeb wakacyjnych. Pokoje niezbyt duże, ale cały dom i tarasy dają sporo możliwości na miłe spędzenie czasu. Zwracam uwagę na gospodarowanie odpadami i segregację. Najlepiej usuwać odpady zgodnie z harmonogramem podanym w informacji. W przypadku pozostawienia odpadów w dniu wyjazdu można zostać obciążonym z kaucji i stracić kilkadziesiąt euro.
