Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Olbia, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden. Schade war, dass wir den Pool nicht nutzen durften (es war Anfang Oktober). Küche sehr klein und nicht so gut ausgestattet. Dafür fanden wir die große Terrasse gut. Leider kein WLAN in der Wohnung.

Die Gartenanlage und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch der dortige Hausmeister hat umgehend die Störung der Klimaanlage beseitigen lassen, da wir unter allen Kontakttelefonnummern keinen erreicht haben. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde einfach vergessen uns die Fernbedienungen für die Klimaanlage mitzugeben, diese wurden später, nach mehrmaligen Anrufen bei Interchalet in Olbia, überreicht. Die gesamte Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Küche waren unzureichend.

Couch was bad and dirty. Cleaning of the kitchen area was definitely not good enough. Surroundings beautiful. Pool area nice. Flat good size. Bathrooms OK even though they are several years old. Beds comfortable. Beach in San Paolo was not nice. Very good beach 10 minutes drive away.

Het appartement is gelegen op een goed onderhouden kleinschalig villapark. Top locatie aan de rand van het dorp, Op loopafstand van cenrum, strand en haven. Het appartement is wat gedateerd maar we leefden meer buiten dan binnen en alles was verder aanwezig.

+gut gelegen, laden, beck und auch meer zu fuss gut erreichbar +aussicht sehr schön + anlage gepflegt +sauber +grosser kühlschrank mit grosdem gefrierfach -im april war die wohnung sehr kalt. mit klimaanalge als heizung ok.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienanlage sehr wohl gefühlt Alles war sauber und das nötigste vorhanden. Leider waren die Nächte im Oktober schon kalt, sodass die Räumlichkeiten relativ kalt waren. Wir haben uns zum schlafengehen recht warm angezogen.

Das Appartement war in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand, als wir es bezogen haben. Gebrochene Geländer hätten zum Sturz in 1,5 m Tiefe geführt, so konnten wir die Terrasse nicht nutzen. Der Putz bröckelte von den Wänden, nirgends war gewischt oder gesaugt. Kindertisch, Babybett, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren bei Ankunft trotz Bestellung nicht vorrätig. Die Lage und Aussicht sind toll, der Zustand für € 1.600 Miete (14 Tage) mehr als mangelhaft.

Die Anlage ist schön und gepflegt, wie auf den Bildern, die Aussicht zum Meer ust wundervoll. Die Unterkunft die wir hatten, war schön groß, sauber! Der Pool war ausreichend für alle, das Wasser war immer recht kalt. Was uns mit 4 und 6 Jahre alten Kindern gefehlt hat, ein kleiner Spielplatz!

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è spaziosa, luminosa con 3 mega porte finestre che danno su 3 terrazzine/balconi e un giardino sottostante. Sul tetto si trova un'altro piccolo terrazzo con sdraio dal quale si ha una vista strepitosa sul mare e l'isola di Tavolara. Semplicemente fantastico! Il Giardino e le piante sono super curate, tutta la struttura è molto pulita e ordinata. Bello anche il campo da Tennis e la piscina. Manca solo Wifi in casa.

This accommodation is lovely. It’s positioned in a secure location. There is private parking under a shaded area. The apartment is in a prime location with amazing views overlooking the sea. A couple of minutes walk away from the pool, which was perfect, as it wasn’t overlooked at all. Grounds were superb with flowers everywhere. A maintenance person was there keeping it in great order. Inside the apartment it was very spacious with 3 balconies. Great size bedrooms. Small kitchen. Very clean.
