Es hat angefangen mit Hundescheisse auf dem ganzen Areal bis zum Strand herunter, der Strom ging immer wieder weg wenn wir nach gefragt haben wieso passiert das kamm die antwort zurück wegen dem Heissen wetter. Die Dusche ist so klein und eng da passen nur Kinder rein. Das beste kommt zum Schluss das wir ein SMS bekommen das wir den (Windeln) Abfall am Strand entsorgt haben obwohl das nicht stimmt, wenn man sie darauf angesprochen haben wurden sie Agressiv. Die Unterkunft ist alt und schimmeli

Bezüglich der Hundehinterlassenschaften auf dem Gelände: Wir nehmen solche Probleme ernst und bemühen uns, Sauberkeit und Ordnung aufrechtzuerhalten. Zur Stormversorgung: Wie bei Ihrer Ankunft erklärt, hat die Wohnung einen begrenzten Stromanschluss von 3,3kW - das gleichzeitige Einschalten mehrerer Klimaanlagen kann zu einem Ausfall führen. Unser Team hilft jedoch umgehend, sollte es unerwartet zu Problemen kommen. Wir sind bestrebt, die Qualität unserer Unterkünfte kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Double beds advertised are not double it’s a 2 single beds pushed together. Ot was very uncomfortable to sleep almost every night woke up almost on the floor. As beds were slipping away from each other. No proper socket for the microwave. Needed to move it to other side of the room where socket fits. No kettle in the apartment. Needed to get one from reception and apparently there is deposit for it. They made exclusion to us due to problems. Also received email before arrival regarding baby cots as we had infants with us. They were placed in the room. And only on arrival to be told about extra cost for the baby cots.
