Private: garden with flowers and trees, swimming pool (30 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 7.5 km, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant 7.5 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "sos aranzos" 1.1 km, sandy beach "Spiaggia Bianca" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Olbia 12 km. Please note: car recommended.

Prachtig huis maar zeer slecht onderhouden… verschillende zaken zijn kapot. Je merkt dat de eigenaars niet willen investeren. Ik heb zelf de ramen ook moeten poetsen van de achterbouw anders zag je het prachtige zicht niet … super bijbouw met grote tafel. Beneden zijn ook 2 slaapkamers maar deze zijn heel muf. Niet gezellig om te liggen. De 2 bovenste zijn zeer goed. 2 badkamers waren ook goed.

Da wir schon zum dritten mal da sind ist der Ausblick und die Lage immer noch perfekt. Leider müsste mal dringend mal was gemacht werden. Pool Folie erneuern und befestigen. Mehr Liegen( nicht nur 4 für 8 Personen) die in Ordnung sind. Sonnenschirm. Tisch auf Terrasse fehlt. Zu wenig Gläser für und sehr alt. Kundenservice in bei Problemen nicht erreichbar. ( auch nicht während Samstag 16:45 bei Anreise). 4 Tage ohne Kühlschrank weil bei Anreise defekt. Zweiter Kühlschrank wäre super

Das Haus und der Garten sind ruhig gelegen (ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen) und gut gepflegt. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten m Strand und in der Stadt. Möbel könnten teilweise erneuert werden. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und durch die Außenküche ein kleines Highlight. Das größte Highlight ist sicher der wunderschöne Blick aufs Meer! Gerne wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi, la villa è a pochi minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia di Cala Sassari dove ci sono anche chioschi per mangiare e noleggiare lettini e ombrellone. Il giardino è coloratissimo e curato, la piscina confortevole e cristallina. Vista sul mare e su Capo Figari incantevole. Le cucina interna è poco spaziosa, ma è presente una grande veranda coperta e con vetrate scorrevoli con una seconda cucina e un grande tavolo per mangiare.

Il y a beaucoup de choses à réparer dans la maison: portail électrique, lumières, poignées de porte qui grincent , poignée de porte qui nous restent dans les mains, cadre de porte décollée, lampe de chevet cassée, serrure de la baie vitrée qui se décroche complètement, chambre bleue le lit grince beaucoup, l'armoire ne ferme pas, chaises longues cassées, etc, etc. Un bon coup de réparation est nécessaire !

The villa is in an excellent location with amazing sea views. The pool and outside area is also exceptional. We were a party of 7 and were however slightly disappointed that the downstairs rooms were not accessible from the inside and that only one set of keys was provided increasing risk of lock out. Equipment levels did not support 7 guests e.g. 5 wine glasses, 4 sun beds (although there was a comfortable outside sofa). We really enjoyed the week but it could have been improved at minimal cost

Wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen bereits beschrieben ein wirklich tolles Haus in einer traumhaften Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick in die Bucht von Golfo Aranci. ABER: Leider sehr ungepflegt und vernachlässigt. Lampen innen und aussen defekt, Poolbeleuchtung defekt, Aussenbeleuchtung defekt, 2 Weingläser für 8 Personen, Geschirr unvollständig und nur noch rudimentär vorhanden, Haus relativ schmutzig (Haare am Boden etc.), miserable Betten... die Liste lässt sich mühelos fortsetzen. KEIN WLAN!!! Wunderschöne Lage mit genialem Ausblick. Auto unbedingt erforderlich! Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen und hat leider nur 4 Liegen am Pool. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im Untergeschoss (ziemlich dunkel) Ganz toller Poolservice. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Haus!

Super Lage und ein toller Pool. Die Terrasse hat einen super Ausblick. Dort kann man schöne Abende verbringen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Als kleine Anmerkung: Ein Tisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse wären super. Ebenso ein kleiner Abstelltisch für Getränke bei der Couch.

Byli jsme ve vile měsíc. Poloha je skvělá, bazén a výhled, stejně tak klid. Velké mínus je nefunkční TV, přípojky, občasný problém s výpadky elektřiny, vrzavé dveře všude. Vrzavé postele. Malá výbava kuchyně. Málo úložného prostoru. Velmi špatné pojetí třídění odpadu - ve větší skupině takřka nemožné. Půjčení dětských postýlek a sedaček 20 EUR za kus, ale jsou staré a bez matrace. Celkově je ale místo skvělé a vrátili bychom se, jen ty nedostatky doladit a je to ráj!

Wir haben jetzt eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Grundlegend ist das Haus echt toll, aber es gibt auch eine Gründe zu bemängeln. Am schlimmsten ist die Ausstattung, es ist zwar alles vorhanden, aber nichts passt mehr zusammen. Einiges ist kaputt und schmudelig. Die liegen zum Beispiel sind absolut unbrauchbar und nicht in genügender Anzahl vorhanden. Der Pool total vom Wasser unterlaufen da an einer Stelle die Poolfolie nicht mehr befestigt ist. Größter Mangel waren allerdings die Bett
