Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Large terrace partly roofed, garden. Simple, comfortable single-family house "Iride". In the hamlet Sos Aranzos 6 km from the centre of Golfo Aranci, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 600 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (14 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 600 m. Nearby attractions: Olbia 10 km, Porto Rotondo 10 km. Please note: car recommended.

Important bathing resort, in the northern part of the island, 18 km from Olbia, 11 km from Porto Rotondo. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht en mooie tuin met vuurplaats om te bbq-en en ‘s avonds warm te blijven. Strand op loopafstand en voldoende leuke plekken op rij afstand. Het zwembad is +\- 3 bij 5 meter wat als voordeel in het voorseizoen heeft dat het redelijk op temperatuur is.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Nähe zu Olbia und Golfo Aranci, Porto Cervo, Santa Teresa di Gallura ect. sind super. Die Anfahrt ans Haus ist allerdings schon beschwerlich, da die Straße nicht befestigt ist. Der Besitzer ist total nett und schaut regelmäßig nach dem Pool. Aber völlig unauffällig. Er hat auch imer gefragt, ob alles ok ist und ob wir irgendwas brauchen. Den Aufstellpool haben wir nicht genutzt. Für Familien mit Kindern aber sicher supi.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in diesem Haus. Es gab ein paar Renovierungen. Das Haus hat einen gigantischen Blick über die Bucht - besonders empfehlenswert: Morgens von der Terrasse den Sonnenaufgang bewundern .

Es ist wirklich eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, vor allem mit Hund super entspannt. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Einziges Manko: Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft für einen Sardinien Urlaub buchen

Dieses Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen und sauber. Die Außenanlage wirkte etwas wild. Vieles lag lose herum und wirkte daher nicht so schön. Fenster sind in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung aber okay. Man hat den Pool extra länger für uns stehen gelassen, weil wir bis Ende Oktober hier waren. Der Herr der morgens immer kam war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Elektrik ist so ausgelegt das bei ca. 3kw die Sicherung fliegt.

Point fort : la vue depuis la maison Points négatifs : - une maison mal isolée, les ventilateurs dans les chambres sont insuffisants pour rafraichir la maison - un chemin d'accès qui met a mal le dos et les amortisseurs - des guêpes par dizaines tant sous le patio qu'à l'interieur de la maison - pas de four micro-ondes

Maison très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. Propriétaire très gentil et attentionné, tout en restant discret. La piscine est mieux qu'elle n'apparaît sur les photos et un grand plus, surtout par temps de canicule. Le jardin est très grand avec plusieurs coins agréables pour s'installer à l'ombre ou au soleil. A recommander.

Sehr schönes Haus mit herrlichem MeerblickHeike D.

Schönes Haus, sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet. Man ist gleich auf der Hauptstraße und in 10 Minuten in Olbia oder Golfo Aranci. Pool ist Ok für Kinder und um sich abzukühlen, zum Schwimmen aber zu klein. Der Strand Sos Aranzos ist in 10 Minuten bergab zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schöner Strand. Der Rückweg führt dann eben nur bergauf und man ist locker 20 Min zu Fuß unterwegs. Das einzige was fehlt ist WLAN.

Schönes Haus, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man zum Wohnen und Kochen benötigt. Schöne, ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung nach Olbia und Golfo Aranci. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen, die Aussicht von der Aussenlounge auf die Bucht Golfo Aranci ist wunderschön. Lage ist sehr gut, waren in 10 Min am Strand, in Golfo Aranci oder in Olbia. Sauberkeit sehr gut, Küche und Ausstattung ebenfalls tip top. Die Anlage ist weitläufig, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wir waren froh um die Waschmaschine, welche gut funktioniert hat. Was es leider nicht hat: A/C und WLAN. Sonst alles top. Würden jederzeit dieses Haus wieder buchen.
