In the district of Rei Marina 300 m from the centre of Costa Rei, 18 km from the centre of Villasimius, 60 km from the centre of Cagliari, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. Private: small garden with lawn. Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking at the house. Shop, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Via Ichnusa" 200 m, railway station "cagliari" 70 km, sandy beach 70 m. Die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es fehlten Gläser, Dosenöffner, Flaschenöffner, Geschirrhandtücher etc. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt, mussten am ersten Ferientag auf den Handwerker warten.

Haus in sehr schlechtem Zustand, eng, muffig, abgewohnt. Möbel wie vom Sperrmüll. Zugesagte Einrichtungen fehlten (TV), bzw. waren Totalschaden (Waschmaschine, Außendusche). Schlafdecken grob wie Pferdedecken und schmutzig - Herstellungsjahr der Decken 1976/1979. Geschirr/Töpfe nur zusammengewürfelte Teile, angeschlagen und vertestet und dreckig - Kaffeemaschine Fehlanzeige. Das mit Abstand schlechteste Ferienhaus das wir bisher angetroffen haben!

Haus war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand ( die Glastüren vorne und hinten konnten nicht abgeschlossen werden ,die hintere Tür zum Garten hatte sogar gar kein Schloß in der Türe,die Holztüren vor den Glastüren konnten abgeschlossen werden. Kücheninventar vorhanden jedoch nur 1 Topf und eine kleine Pfanne 17cm Durchmesser, Besteck und Teller reichlich. Kein TV, nur 1 Außenliege.Küchenschrank fällt auseinander ( Türen ).
