Cosy, comfortable residence " Trudi". 7 apartments in the residence. In the hamlet Cannigione 10 km from the centre of Baja Sardinia, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the sea. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking space n 2/A on the premises. Grocery 1 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop "Laconia Via Monticorru 33" 210 m, sandy beach 300 m. Marina 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 10 km, Porto Cervo 16 km, Palau 13 km, Olbia 25 km. Please note: car recommended. If linen is required, please notify our local office in advance.

Im großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft Sehr schön Es war alles vorhanden, die Küche war voll ausgestattet mit allen Elektrogeräten Kleiderschränke genügend Platz auch im Badezimmer genügend Platz für Pflege Sachen hinzu stellen und Handtücher aufzuhängen Es ist nicht weit vom Strand weg Was auf jeden Fall fehlt, ist natürlich Internet zwei liegen im Garten wären auch schön und auch noch ein Wäscheständer. Einer ist zu wenig ansonsten sehr zufrieden. Tolle Lage, freundliche Nachbarn TOP

Om code van sleutelkastje te krijgen bleek dat we nogmaals online moesten registreren. Via interhome NL was dit al gedaan maar na contact met Interhome Sardinie bleek dat we 24-u van te voren (we waren al onderweg) een 2e incheck-link hadden gehad. De schoonmaak was nog druk bezig om 16.00 u, dus we moesten wachten. Op de 2e dag bleek bij thuiskomst het water afgesloten. Gelukkig kon dit snel weer worden hersteld. Huis heeft geen wifi en ligt op ca. 30 min lopen van het centrum van Cannigione.

Appartement très bien équipé (jusqu'aux outils et au kit de couture !!), très bien entretenu et très propre. Grand lit pour le couple +++ Communication avec l'agence très bonne et très fluide. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5 min de la plage a pieds et 20 min du centre à pieds. Le jardin et le barbecue sont très appréciables, mais il y a du passage autour donc un peu bruyant. Petites améliorations à apporter : 1 ventilateur supplémentaire et 1 micro-ondes seraient appréciables.

Es hat alles super geklabt mit der schlüssel übergabe und sonstiges auser mit dem müll habe ich am rescylinghof gewolt abgeben nicht angenommen aber das liegt nicht an den interhome danke für alles

L’appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che serve in una casa ( aspirapolvere ,asse da stiro, ferro, stoviglie ecc ecc) sopratutto si trova in una posizione eccellente! Camere con materassi non comodi, ottimo giardino con barbecue, due zone relax, una all’ingresso e una posizionata all’esterno ( molta privacy) A mio avviso sarebbe opportuno aggiungere l’aria condizionata ( unica pecca ) Il resto è stato tutto perfetto.

L’appartamento è carino e si trova in una posizione eccellente, le camere sn davvero piccolissime, materassi scomodi, da rinnovare spine elettriche e maniglie porte, in quanto vecchie e aggiungere assolutamente l’aria condizionata. Inoltre sarebbe carino, trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua come benvenuto e qualche brochure di informazioni per le cs da visitare. Infine fornire una rete wifi gratis nel 2020 è un servizio essenziale.
