Property composed of main house and outbuilding 17 km from the centre of Lecce, 1.4 km from the centre of Martignano, 25 km from the centre of Otranto, 16 km from the sea. Private: garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 90 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 10.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (40 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.1 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "San Foca" 16 km, rocky beach "Torre dell'Orso" 19 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Lecce

Lecce was first a Greek city, then a Roman town but is mostly famous for its lavish decorations on its facade. The local sandstone, tinged in a warm pink, is so easy to work with that it fostered the rise of a local style "barocco leccese", the local stone masons have left their mark on this city more then any architect. It is a short drive to the coast of 2 Seas: Adriatic and Ionian. Mild climate in winter. Historical town with 83'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region 12 km from the sea, in the plane, 38 km south-east from Brindisi. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. More possibilities.

2 semaines de vacances dans cette maison très agréable avec nos 3 enfants et notre Golden. La climatisation a été bien appréciée quand il faisait 35 à 40 degrés tous les jours à partir de 8h, ainsi que la piscine pour se rafraîchir. Le jardin est très grand et offre de nombreux espaces pour se détendre. Les hôtes ont toujours été très discrets mais disponibles pour nous aider dans nos visites ou avec leur maison. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Wir haben zwei Wochen Urlaub hier verbracht. Tolles großes Anwesen, abseits vom Trubel. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter sprechen ausschließlich italienisch, aber mit einer App für alle kein Problem. Wir wurden mit einer köstlichen Kleinigkeit, sowie ein paar Getränke empfangen. Wir haben viele Tipps erhalten, egal ob Ausflugsziele oder auch Gastronomie. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt in Absprache mit uns bzgl. Uhrzeit und Tag. So sollten wir nicht "gestört" werden. Alles war toll.

Excellent accueil par B. et son épouse, qui restaient joignable par Whatsapp durant tout le séjour. Villa bien équipée. A noter : une chambre double est située dans une annexe derrière la maison principale, ce qui ne pose pas de problèmes particuliers durant le séjour. Piscine fonctionnelle, qu'on a pu utiliser malgré la saison avancée (début octobre). La propriété est isolée entre Caprarica et Calimera. Du coup, tranquillité assurée la proximité de supermarché et restaurants.

wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub in einer traumhaften Anlage verbracht. Mitten in einem Olivenhain und mit einem großen schönen Pool. Selten haben wir so freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter kennengelernt. Wir hatten alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Außerdem haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt, da das Grundstück von einer Mauer umgeben ist.

Wir hatten eine traumhaften Urlaub in eine wunderschönen Anlage. Diese lag in einem Olivenhain, hatte eine großen Pool mit einem sehr großzügigen Garten. Selten hatten wir so freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir fühlten uns auch sehr sicher, da die Anlage von einer Mauer umgeben war.

Talo kuvauksen mukainen. Uima-allas oli tullessamme likainen 2pv, käyttämättä. Korjaustoimenpiteet kiitettävän nopeita. Netissä ongelmia. Helppo osata, loistava ystävällinen ja avulia isäntäväki. Hyvä turvallinen ympäristö.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Angefangen von den lieben Vermietern bis zur Ausstattung in Haus und Garten. Hier hat man absolut seine Ruhe, da niemand das Grundstück einsehen kann und es abseits von Trubel in Olivenhainen gelegen ist. Aber trotzdem ist es zu den nächsten Ortschaften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight. Schön groß, so dass man richtige Bahnen schwimmen kann. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und ein großer Dank geht nochmal an die Vermieter

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Haus und Garten sehr gepflegt und wunderbar ausgestattet. Der große Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
