Grocery 20 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant, bar 30 m, bus stop 50 m, underground station "Cornelia linea A" 1 km. Bus number 246, 247 and J5 run quickly to nearest underground station. St Peter Square is 3 km away or 4-5 underground stops, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi fountain are approx 7 km away or 8 undergound stops. Car hire 20 m.

Mieszkanie jest dość daleko od centrum, ale dobrze skomunikowane. Pokoje są duże, łazienki wygodne, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona - niczego nie brakuje. Łóżka wygodne. Jedyny minus, że mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia. Ściany są brudne, mają ubytki, nie wyglądają estetycznie, szczególnie w ich dolnej części. Gdyby je odmalować, robiłoby lepsze wrażenie. Uwaga: brak widoków, bo z dwóch pokoi widok na mur. Ale szczególnie latem to pewnie zaleta, bo jest chłodniej. Mimo wad wróciłabym. Cena atrakcyjna!

L'appartement est bien grand pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les lits sont confortables et la climatisation est appréciable. Par contre, le ménage n'est pas nickel, il y avait des toiles d'araignées à chaque angle de murs. Il manquait la moitié des lattes du canapé du salon, nous ne nous y sommes pas assis. Trouver une place de parking gratuite est très compliqué,nous avons mis 45 minutes à en trouver une. Le rdv du départ était fixé à 9h. La propriétaire est arrivée à 8h15. Peu polie.

Merci pour votre commentaire, nous en prenons bien note. Les lattes du canapé ont désormais été réparée et nos équipes de ménage ont été informées au sujet des toiles d'araignées afin de pouvoir garantir plus de rigueur. Quant au parking, il s'agit malheureusement d'un facteur externe que nous ne pouvons pas influencer. Enfin, la propriétaire est arrivée en avance par soucis de ponctualité mais son intention n'était pas de vous inciter à partir avant l'heure prévue et nous sommes désolés pour tout malentendu ayant pu avoir lieu, ainsi que pour les autres désagréments rencontrés. Nous sommes heureux d'entendre que vous avez apprécié le logement dans l'ensemble et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous revoir prochainement.

We hebben er goed geslapen, rustige omgeving. Voorzieningen dichtbij. Om naar centrum Rome te komen met openbaar vervoer, kost tijd. Daar staat een redelijke prijs van het verblijf tegenover. Het was redelijk schoon en goed te verwarmen.

Questa casa ci ha ospitato in un momento di passaggio per la mia famiglia, è stata la nostra casa per circa 3 settimane, la casa è dotata di ogni confort, la posizione è strategica, 10 minuti dal centro e 5 dal GRA. La signora T. è una persona molto disponibile, gentile, cordiale e simpatica.. cosa non facile! Consiglio assolutamente a tutti un soggiorno qui!!!

Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento per la vicinanza all'Ergife: in questo, non siamo stati delusi. I vani sono molto spaziosi e l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. In loco, peraltro, abbiamo trovato il minimo indispensabile (lenzuola, asciugamani, pentolino per the e/o latte) e nelle stanze il pavimento non era stato spazzato. Inappuntabile, invece, la pulizia del bagno.

La atención de Teresa excepcional. Buen apartamento, grande y tranquilo. Con todo lo necesario y mas. Wifi, aire acondicionado, lavavajillas, etc todo funcionando y en perfecto estado. Autobus a pocos metros, supermercado, bares y restaurantes. Volveremos sin duda.

Piso muy espacioso, bien comunicado con el centro, todo lo necesaroo y más. La entrega y recogida de llaves sin problema, con Teresa fue todo perfecto. Seguro que volveremos. La. cocina un poco justa, pero íbamod a ver cosas en Roma, por lo que ha sido mas que suficiente.
