Sights Livorno 40 km, Pisa 55 km, Elba Island, Kids' club Acqua Village, Cavallino Matto.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist falsch es gibt 1! Bett wo sollen weitere Personen schlafen?Über eine Kaffeemaschine hätten wir uns gefreut abends war es kalt aber kein brennmaterial da der Zustand der Ferienwohnung ist nicht im guten Zustand die gartenmöbel sind gefährlich nur billig alles ist schlicht und ehrlich zu teuer alles etwas lieblos

Wir möchten klarstellen, dass das Haus wie ausgeschrieben über ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für zwei Personen (160 cm) verfügt. Auch die Gartenmöbel wurden überprüft und sind sicher zu verwenden. Wir schätzen Ihr Feedback und werden es nutzen, um die Gästeerfahrung in Zukunft zu verbessern.

Das Haus ist schon für sich genommen prima, wenn man es mit anderen Häusern in der Toskana vergleicht ist es ein richtiger Schatz. Es ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Der Blick über das Tal ist sehr schön und trotz der nahen Straße ist es ausreichend ruhig gelegen. Da stimmt alles.

Wir verbringen seit 2005 regelmäßig unseren Urlaub in diesem gepflegten Häuschen mit Garten und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl.

Byli jsme v tomto objektu již potřetí a znovu nezklamal. Skvělá orientace, pěší dostupnost do Montescudaia, oplocení a velkorysý venkovní prostor. Objekt v Toskánském stylu s dostatečným vybavením, velmi příjemný. Rozhodně doporučuji, určitě se vrátíme.

Alles war da, was mann braucht. Küche, Wohnzimmer und Badzimmer Ausstattung alles vorhanden. Sehr modeste Ausführung, aber den Preis zu betrachten war es I.O. Waren froh über den neu installierten Pelletofen, es war in den zwei Wochen eher kalt/kühl. Ganz hilfreiche Vermierter.......

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, zum Ort und einem fantastischen Restaurant sind es nur wenige Schritte. Die Straße ist gut befahren und könnte schon etwas stören, bei der Ausstattung (Geschirr, Gläser) könnte etwas mehr vorhanden sein. Im Bad waren kaum Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen. Der Kamin im Aussenbereich war so nicht zu benutzen, da kein vernünftiges Grillrost vorhanden war.

Wir hatten das Haus kurzfristig gemietet da die ursprüngliche Unterkunft eine Katastrophe war. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für ein schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist es ein wenig dunkel im Haus da die Sonne nicht mehr so hoch steht was im Sommer sicherlich anders ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war bei der Übergabe sehr sauber so das man sich gleich wohl fühlen konnte.

Tolles, uriges Häuschen für 2 Personen. Schöne Lage, leider fast den ganzen Tag Schatten. Die Hauptstraße (50 m entfernt) stört nicht. Montescudaio zu Fuß gut erreichbar. WLAN funktionierte leider nicht. Nette Vermieter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Waren zum 2. mal in diesem wurderbaren kleinen Haus. Es bietet neben allen Annehmlichkeiten eines gut geführten Haushalts innerhalb von wenigen Fahrminuten vollkommene Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, einen sehr schönen Blick ins Cecinatal, und sehr schöne Begegnungen mit Tieren. Wer Natur liebt ist hier richtig!!!
