Airport transfer (extra). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Chic, famous, historical town, holiday resort and bathing centre, in the centre of the peninsula, directly by the sea with beautiful view. Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Blick über den Golf von Salerno, ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten allerdings mit einer heftigen Amesienplage im ganzen Haus zu kämpfen inkl. der Betten. Auch die Zufahrt zum Haus über einen längeren sehr abschüssigen Pfad braucht Mut und fahrerisches Können. M., die als Nachbarin das Haus betreut, ist sehr freundlich.

Ein Haus in traumhafter Lage. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Pro: Das Haus bietet eine traumhafte Sicht über den Golf von Salerno. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, sehr steil, aber machbar. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus und absperrbar.\nDie Betreuerin des Hauses wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im nahen Ort findet man alles, was man braucht.\nDas Haus war sauber und ansprechend. Betten waren gut. Die zwei Balkone und die Terrasse bieten eine tolle Sicht.\nEs gibt eine Mülltrennung! Die Küche war mit einem Geschirrspüler und sehr viel Geschirr ausgestattet.\nWir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Contra: Leider waren keine Liegestühle vorhanden, obwohl angekündigt. Die großen Balkone lassen sich nicht gut nutzen, weil nur sehr wenig Mobiliar dafür vorhanden ist. Das ist sehr schade, weil die Aussicht so toll ist.

etwas abseits und mit PKW holprig zu erreichendes, schön gelegenes, sehr ansprechend eingerichtetes, geräumiges, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Wohnhaus mit 3 SZ, 2 BZ ,3 Terassen und wunderbarem Blick in den Golf. Leider, und das sei hier ernsthaft betont, mit tagelang andauerndem Lärm von Benzingartengeräten von früh morgens (7.30) bis spät abends (21.30 !) Auch am Sonntag! Dazu in nur 90 m Entfernung ein grosser Hundezwinger mit 7 permanent kläffenden Hunden, über den ganzen Tag. Nie wieder!

Haus sehr schön gelegen, geräumig, überkomplett ausgestattet, 3 SZ, 2 Bäder, 3 Terassen, wunderschöner Blick auf Meer aber: von früh morgens bis nach 21.00 andauernder Motorenlärm von Gartenmaschinen, Häckslern, Kettensägen (auch So!) sowie ständiger auch nächtlicher Lärm durch Hundezwinger (ca. 80 m entfernt mit 7-8 Hunden), zudem Zuweg mit erheblichen Fahrbahnschäden, Felssteinen und Mauervorsprüngen, Nichts für SUV's. Fazit: Schönes Anwesen, nur etwas für taube Touristen.
