For shared use: property with plants, meadow. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 16.Oct.). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 40 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Location Description Volterra

530 m a.s.l. >>Important, historical, quiet resort with 11'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region 40 km from the sea, on top of a hill, south facing position with beautiful view, 48 km north-west from Siena, 65 km south-east from Pisa, 75 km south-west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Situated in an elevated panoramic position over the hilly Valle di Cecina countryside, Volterra has a marvellous Old Town with evidence from several bygone eras. It was one of the Etruscan capitals, even retaining part of the old wall. The Guarnacci museum has one of the best collections of Etruscan artwork. Volterra is also well-known for the processing of alabaster.

Santa Enerichetta is a lovely little house, in a perfect location to explore nearby Volterra or San Gimignano and Sienna further afield. The local town of Pomerance is charming, and has a good supermarket, launderette and eateries. The pool is perfect, not too deep so it retains the heat. The views are stunning. The only thing to be mindful of is that there is no air conditioning and no fans at this property, take fans with you during high summer.

Schönes kleines Häuschen, toller Pool Lara K.

Wir waren schon das 2. Mal in dem schönen toskanischen Häuschen. Es ist schön kühl dort, da komplett aus Stein. Da das Bad natürlich nachträglich eingebaut wurde, ist es entsprechend klein, auch die Küche ist platzsparend angelegt. Trotzdem alles da was man braucht und super sauber! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend. Der Pool ist natürlich das absolute Highlight der Unterkunft! Sehr privat und großzügig angelegt mit toller Aussicht und Sonnenuntergang! Zu zweit, zu empfehlen!

Es war wieder ein super Urlaub in der Toscana . Das Häuschen war top , alles sehr sauber und gepflegt , sehr nette Vermieter . Vom Pool aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht bis nach Volterra . Es gibt viele schöne kleine Orte in der Umgebung mit tollen Restaurants , unbedingt nach Volterra , Massa oder San Gimignano fahren , am besten am späten Nachmittag , da wird es wunderbar ruhig . Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Ristorante Da Clara in dem kleinen Dorf Monte Castelli ,sehr einfach aber top Küche !!!

Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, sehr schön nach toskanischer Art. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Geniale Aussicht vom Pool aus - Natur pur. Man kann auch in der Ferne schon Volterra sehen. Schön abends anzusehen, wenn dort alles beleuchtet ist. Pool war wirklich nur für uns da. Wo hat man das noch. Vom Urlaubsort kann man viel unternehmen: nach Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Siena fahren. Unser Fazit: Diese Urlaubsunterkunft können wir gern weiterempfehlen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and found the family very helpful but unobtrusive. The pool was absolutely beautiful and so clean. We went during a heat wave so we did find the nights very hot and unfortunately there were more biting insects than normal and no bug screens. We had some issues with our arrival due to canceled flights but we liaised with Vincenzo the whole time and he was very understanding and even got his son to meet us as he couldn't. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Sehr süßes kleines Häuschen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Netter Kontakt. Die Besitzer wohnen gerade nebenan. Wir hatten aber genug Privatsphäre. Der Pool lag absolut traumhaft. Die Aussicht vom Pool aus war einmalig. Eine tolle Hügellandschaft. Schöne Überdachung am Pool zum Kaffee trinken im schatten. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Phantastische Lage, ein Ausblick vom Pool, der seinesgleichen sucht. Ein sehr romantisches Häuschen mit Charakter. Der Pool wird tatsächlich nur vom Mieter genutzt. Die Eigentümer, die auf demselben Grundstück leben, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend, so dass man sich völlig ungestört fühlen kann. Der Ort liegt ca. 3km vom Haus entfernt und hat alles Notwendige zu bieten. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Toskanaurlaub vom Feinsten in diesem tollen Haus. Von viel Grün umgeben, mit gemütlichen Sitzplätzen und einem Pool ganz für uns allein, konnte man den Blick in die typisch toskanische Landschaft und auf die Stadt Volterra genießen und sich super erholen. Herrliche Umgebung, viel Natur, die man mit Rad oder zu Fuß erkunden kann. Besonders zu erwähnen: die Orte Montegemoli und Libbiano.

Tolles Haus, schöner Pool und grandiose AussichtLara K.

Wir waren wirklich begeistert, das Haus ist traumhaft restauriert und für die Größe gut eingerichtet. Es ist auch alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist durch Reben überdacht und dadurch schön schattig. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight!! Sichtgeschützt und nur Grün drum herum. Und die Aussicht vom Pool aus ist wirklich der Hammer! Liegen, Sonnenschirme und eine Sitzlounge sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles in allem ein gelungen Urlaub - Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La struttura è la sintesi di un angolo poco conosciuto di Toscana che ti sorprende. Accogliente, verde, immersa tra gli ulivi, tranquilla e fresca anche d'estate. I proprietari sono persone squisite e disponibili. I tramonti dalla piscina sono fotografie che ti rimangono nel cuore.
