Private: property, terraced garden with lawn and flowers. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach "Giannella" 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Giardino dei Tarocchi 30 km, Grosseto 49 km, Parco Regionale della Maremma 50 km, Roma Airport 145 km, Civitavecchia 84 km.

Well-known fishing village, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot of Monte Argentario, in an idyllic position, 45 km south from Grosseto. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Das Haus hat eine erhöhte Lage mit traumhaften Blick direkt auf das Meer. Das Haus befindet sich in Pozarello, das ist ca. 2 km vor Porto Santo Stefano. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, allerdings gibt es an der stark befahrenen Straße keinen Fussweg. Das Mobiliar (v.a. Betten) ist abgelebt, die Bäder wurden saniert und sind okay. Keine Klimaanlage und keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal saniert werden.

Bezüglich des Mobiliars möchten wir anmerken, dass es gründlich kontrolliert wurde und sich in einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand befindet - wobei das Komfortempfinden von Matratzen individuell sein kann. Leider hat uns das Haus total enttäuscht!Ich hatte zwar die Bewertungen gelesen, aber dort stand auch, dass der Besitzer die Unterkunft erneuern werde, was nicht der Fall war. Das Haus hat maximal 1-2 Sterne verdient: - Haare in der Besteckschublade, Zahnputzbecher & Kühlschrank - Geschirrspüler nicht richtig funktioniert - keine elektrische Kaffeemaschine - diverse kaputte Schränke, Stühle, Sonnenschirm, etc. - KEINE Decken (nur Matratzenleintücher) - trotz Meldung keine Lieferung Etc.

Abbiamo trovato questa casa molto poco curata (piastrelle rotte, giardino incolto, cavi pendenti in vari punti, prese non funzionanti, ecc) e soprattutto sporca! Piena di ragnatele, pavimenti impolverati, odore di chiuso e muffa, immondizia varia in giro per le stanze. Sono inoltre rimasta estremamente delusa dal servizio di Interhome: nonostante li abbia contattati varie volte durante il soggiorno per segnalare la situazione, non ho mai avuto risposta.

We can assure you that the owner has now informed us that he will renovate the house with the the following improvements. Both the hump in the floor and the electrical system are planned to be fully resolved. The problem of the leak you reported was was immediately resolved. Any fans that do not work, will be removed and any non-functioning sockets repaired. It is true that some windows close with great difficulty, as do the shutters on the ground floor. Nevertheless, we assure you that we will check everything and make all of the necessary improvements.

Casa poco curata e stipata di cose appartenenti ai proprietari. Diversi oggetti rotti (es.ventilatori) Necessiterebbe di una sistemazione e pulizia di fondo. Segnaliamo aspetti pericolosi: impianto elettrico con dispersioni (che hanno causato scosse a diversi di noi in cucina); lungo la scalinata esterna presenza di lastroni non cementati; vetro della dispensa rotto. Lavori di ristrutturazione in atto, non completati. Giardino ben curato. Posizione panoramica

Villa immersa nel verde disposta su tre livelli con ampi spazi a due passi dal mare, area esterna con vista panoramica splendida. Peccato per le camere se al primo piano calde e molto disturbate la strada provinciale è molto trafficata, le altre umide e buie. I bagni freschi di ristrutturazione.

La villa è in una buona posizione con una bellissima visuale, avrebbe bisogno di un po' di lavori di manutenzione ma comunque vivibile, buoni spazi comuni. l'unica pecca grande che abbiamo registrato, per altro già comunicata all'agenzia locale, è la pulizia sia dei locali (bagni esclusi) sia dell'attrezzatura di cucina (piatti, tegami, ecc.)
