"Tipo B", 2-room cottage 30 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, kitchen corner and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Kitchenette (4 induction hot plates). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. Patio. Sitting area. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: private entrance. The cottage has a private terrace surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden of this secluded property. Accommodation for the disabled must be requested in advance.

This holiday village is a perfect example of a well-guarded sea oasis spreads over an area of natural beauty. The guests can enjoy the private setting of the magnificent complex near the sea with a discreet and professional service. As a guest you have full access to the village private swimming pool (2000 sqm) with three hydro-massage. There are two children's areas, all surrounded by sun loungers (extra charge) and beach umbrellas. Padel tennis court, table tennis tables, outdoor gym, guided MTB tours. Modern, comfortable resort. In the hamlet Rocchette 7 km from the centre of Castiglione della Pescaia, 12 km from the centre of Punta Ala, in a sunny position, 600 m from the sea, road to cross. For shared use: park 70'000 m2 (fenced), natural garden, 3 swimming pools secured (seasonal availability: 17.Apr. - 19.Oct.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, patio. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi, steam room, hot tub, shopping facilities (extra) bicycle rental. Well-known, family-friendly bathing resort with 7'200 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, directly by the sea, 22 km west from Grosseto, 22 km south from Follonica. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Sights Riserva Naturale Diaccia Botrona 3 km, Cala Violina 15 km, Wellness park Terme di Saturnia 80 km, Kids' club Acqua Village 22 km, Cavallino Matto 60 km, nature reserve. Access: railway station "Grosseto" 22 km. Bus connection. Harbour Punta Ala 20 km, harbour Piombino 50 km.

Die Ausstattung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend, für 4 Personen wird ziemlich eng. Sauberkeit ist Ok. Allgemein war unser Ferienhaus ein ziemlich dunkles Loch, vielleicht im Hochsommer bei 40 Grad ist angenehm, im September kam überhaupt keine Sonne durch. Unfassbar viele Mücken, anscheinend fühlen sie sich in der Natur auch wohl... Der Strand ist sehr schön. Es war nicht so unser Fall aber für Campingfreunde ist vielleicht ausreichend.

Hygiëne was super slecht. Huisje was niet schoon. Het park zelf was super netjes mensen waren heel vriendelijk. Schimmel in de rand van de koelkast en douche. En wij hadden last van vlooien.

As wel las notify the key holder about any fleas witnessed. In any case, as this holiday home is on the seaside and prone to moisture even with cleaning done properly.

Wir haben für 10 Nächte gebucht. 6.06-16.06. - Bungalow für 2-4 Personen, nett gelegen unter Pinien Bäumen sehr schattig, alles ok da wir den ganzen Tag eh unter der Sonne waren. - freundliches Personal - sehr schöner Pool Bereich vor allem für Kinder (Liege 2€ Stück) - kleine Pool-Bar, auch zum frühstücken geeignet. - Kinder Programm tagsüber und ab 21 Uhr Kinderdisco - zum Meer ca. 10 min zu Fuß, muss über das gegenüberliegende Camping laufen. - sehr schöner Strand! Auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen mit Kindern.

Kleiner Bungalow auf einem Camingplatz ,schlicht eingerichtet. Für 2-4 Personen ausgeschrieben ich würde allerdings von 4 Personen abraten. Bett war bequem. Küchenutensilien spartanisch aber uns hats gereicht. Unsere Nespressomaschiene die wir überall mitnehmen war uns Luxus genug. Das Bad war ausreichend gross. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt ein " Back to basics" Gefühl. Auszeit ohne viel Tamtam

Küchenutensilien eher spärlich. Im Badezimmer wäre von Vorteil, wenn man den Boden aufnehmen könnte. Der Boden wurde nach dem Duschen jeweils recht nass.

Hyggeligt hus - dog meget tilgroet for at sikre skygge og det gjorde huset og terrassen mørkt og fugtigt .. og desværre en myggefælde. Meget høj musik ved pool området. Ingen wifi dækning i huset, selvom det stod at det var der.

Guten Tag, einzige Anmerkung wäre, die etwas mager eingerichtete Küche (nur tiefe Teller, keine Tassen nur Gläser) sowie die Gebühr von 2 Euro pro Liege am Tag. Ansonsten hat uns alles bestens gefallen.

Uns hat die Anlage sehr gut gefallen. Der Bungalow war zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat uns überzeugt. Der Zugang zum Strand ist nach einem kurzen Fussmarsch problemlos möglich.

Piacevolissima vacanza Pro: La pineta, la tranquillità la vicinanza al mare, la gentilezza del personale Contra: Bungalow per 4 solo 4 forchette 4 cucchiai 4 coltelli... 3 pentole in tutto! Nonabbiamo trovato una tovaglia, né uno strofinaccio né una presina. cucinare con pochi mezzi è stata una vera sfida! Altro neo del campeggio il minimarket esageratamente caro!
