Generell gut allerdings etwas älter, einige Schäden sichtbar wie Risse im Putz oder einer losen Bodenplatte in der Küche. Der Whirlpool hat schwarze Stellen an den Fugen, die Pumpe extrem laut und war voll von Fusseln als wir kamen. Der Chlorgeruch ist im ganzen Haus wahrnehmbar und es war etwas feucht trotz gutem lüften. Leider waren Pfannen und Töpfe in nicht appetitlichem Zustand und ich war froh hatte ich mein Campingbesteck dabei zum benutzen. Ansonsten schön abgelegen und ruhig mit viel Platz im Garten.

Wir waren 12 Tage in dem Haus. Was uns am meisten gefallen hat war der große Garten mit den sämtliche Möglichkeiten zu spielen und planschen. Absolut genial auch die Backöfen (molto perfetto per Pizza) und natürlich der Grill draußen. Im Haus selber hatte man die Möglichkeit zu Saunieren und im warmen Whirlpool zu entspannen. Das Haus selber ist schon etwas älter, aber es fehlte an nichts. Einen lieben Gruß nach Italien an die Vermieter dieses Hauses. Siete molto simpatici e gentili. Grazie mille

Das Haus ist sehr alt aber durchaus gut bewohnbar. Die Fussböden im OG sind sehr uneben und wacklig. Die Zimmertüren lassen sich schlecht schliessen. Stauraum für Kleider gibts leider sehr wenig. Leider hatte es keine Weingläser. Die Gartenanlage mit grosszügigem Sitzbereich, Cheminee-Grill, Liegestühle und Spielmöglichkeiten ist super, insbesondere der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und herrlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Wir sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden, die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, gerade für Familien ideal, im nahegelegenem Dorf gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie für den Abend eine kleine gemütliche Bar und eine fantastische Gelateria. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen daher eine klare Empfehlung.

Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir um einiges früher dort als die angegebene check in zeit das war aber garkein Problem. Wir wurden sofort freundlich empfangen. Vorab erstmal: Wir waren 9 Nächte dort und wollten eigentlich nicht mehr gehen:). Dadurch das es sehr weit abgelegen ist von jeglichen Touristen Attraktionen, hat man dort einfach seine pure Ruhe und kann den Charme des italienischen Bergdöfchens voll genießen. Super sauber, freundlich und einfach entspannend. 2 Punkte die ich noch erwähnen wollte die manche stören könnten. Einmal ist die Straße direkt vor der Tür. Das ist ab und zu ein bisschen lästig aber da man meistens ganz hinten im Garten sitzt stört das eigentlich nicht. Wenn man am Pool ist zur Feierabendszeit ist es halt lästig: D. Sonst als Anfahrt nach zb. San Marino, Rimini oder anderen Orten braucht man im Schnitt eine Stunde. Hat uns nicht weiter gestört da das Haus so weit in der Natur ist das man von dort eigentlich gar icht weg will. Und dazu noch der Spa Bereich einfach Perfetto. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

The owners are incredibly nice people doing everything they can to make your stay pleasant. They even stopped by to check on us and brought cake. The house stays nice and cool during hot summer days and has plenty of rooms and space. The pool and jaccuzi are the highlights of it all but our kids had a lot of fun with the ping-pong table as well.

The owners are such nice and welcoming people and the house is perfect for a large family. The house stays nice and cool during hot days and the pool and jaccuzi are the highlights. A few more kitchen utilities (pots, pans, wine glasses, etc) would have been nice but that’s really nitpicking. We had a wonderful stay and I can recommend this place to anyone.
