Country house "Rustico dei Canali". 14 km from the centre of Lucca, 800 m from the centre of Colle di Compito, 27 km from the centre of Pisa, on a slope, 40 km from the sea, 40 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 6'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 4.5 km, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach 40 km. Nearby attractions: Collodi Pinocchio Park 23 km, San Giuliano Terme 21 km, Montecatini Terme 27 km, Marina di Pisa 45 km, Viareggio 39 km, Lerici 78 km. Location Description Lucca

Town with long history and rich artifacts which have been marvellously retained. One can find features of the old Roman settlement in her streets as well as from medieval and Renaissance times. A trip around the historic town centre becomes an exciting journey through time. The imposing walls from the 16th and 17th centuries and the oval market place in a former amphitheatre are characteristic, but also the lively atmosphere. There are several splendid manor houses in the surrounding hills. Well-known, historical town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 20 km from the sea, in the plane, in a convenient position, 25 km north-east from Pisa, 72 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 18 km.

Sehr schön renovierter Hausteil. Bequeme Betten und sehr ruhige Lage. Die Vermieter sind total herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Pizzeria gleich um die Ecke hat den besten Pizzaboden, wenn man dünnere, knusprige Böden mag. Die Nähe zur Stadt Lucca ist super.

Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Ebenen aufgeteilt, und sie ist genauso komfortabel wie im Internet dargestellt. Wir hatten 10 Tage gebucht, und die Unterbringung war top. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan im Haus, und ist überaus freundlich, und stand bei Fragen kompetent zur Verfügung. Fazit: Einfach Top und wir waren vollkommen zufrieden.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines chez Alessandro et sa famille. Le séjour s’est très bien passé, la maison offre de belles prestations et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le lieu est idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane. Alessandro et sa famille nous ont fait un très bel accueil, ce sont des gens disponibles et à l’écoute. Vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter.

Ruhig, zwei sehr gute Restaurants fußläufig, in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, nette Vermieter, die Katze war niedlich, gute Ausgangslage für alle Ausflüge, Strand etwa eine Stunde Fahrzeit ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Mooi en stijlvol verbouwd modern appartement in een oude schuur. Zeer grote tuin met terras en een klein zwembad. Wel moet je vanuit de woonkamer traplopen om buiten te komen.

Ontzettend mooi ingericht verblijf. Van veel gemakken voorzien. Architectonisch zeer goed ontworpen! Prachtige omgeving! Het zwembad maakte het geheel af. Tips: Let op dat er veel zeer luidruchtige krekels zijn, met sambaballen! nog een tip voor de schoonmaak: Schimmel in douche zo snel mogelijk verwijderen, anders breid het uit.

Wir (vierköpfige Familie) waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist innen sowie außen sehr schön. Wie beschrieben, hatten wir den gesamten Garten sowie den Pool für uns alleine. Wir konnten uns frei bewegen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig gelegen und abends hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Lichter der Stadt Lucca. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben aber leider war unser Urlaub nach einer Woche in diesem schönen Haus schneller vorbei als es uns lieb war:) Auch gibt es fussläufig (Max.5min) eine tolle Pizzeria, die wir nur empfehlen können.

We werden gastvrij ontvangen. Het appartement was goed uitgerust, enkel een microgolfoven ontbrak. De ideale plek om tot rust te komen. Stille, rustige omgeving. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van een hor, waardoor ze steeds open kunnen blijven. Ons verblijf was ontzettend aangenaam.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen entspannten Urlaub. Nach Besichtigungen der Umgebung haben wir es genossen, in diese ruhige Umgebung und den weitläufigen Garten zurückzukommen. Wir haben gerne auf der Terrasse gesessen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Aussattung der Küche war sehr gut. Die Vermieter waren immer sehr freundlich hilfsbereit. Mit einer Kombination von Englisch und Italienisch konnte man sich gut verständigen. Handtücher wurden bei dem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen einmal ausgetauscht.

Wir waren im August in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beispielsweise ging die Leiter im Pool kaputt und es wurde umgehend eine neue Leiter besorgt. Der Pool war nicht riesig, hat aber zum Abkühlen ausgereicht und um etwas im Wasser zu spielen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hat uns gut gefallen. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison bien équipée et très bien située pour découvrir la Toscane. Un grand merci à I., A. et G. pour leur accueil et leurs conseils en Français ! Le grand jardin et la piscine sont très agréables pour se rafraîchir après les chaudes journées de visite dans une région magnifique qui recèle de trésors.

It was all we wanted, very friendly people and warm welcome. Also a good base to visit the touristic places in the neighbourhood. Quiet and close to nature. Even the weather was too hot for us the swimming pool compensates for this.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, die Eigentümer waren sehr nett. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht wie Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine etc. Das einzige Manko war die Lage. Da ich nicht gerne selbst koche im Urlaub, freut man sich über Gastronomie und Geschäfte, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Leider gab es nur eine Pizzeria, auf die das zutraf. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr zentraler Ort für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und ans Meer.

Charmante maison entièrement rénovée et très propre, au calme et très bien équipée. Les photos sont moins bien qu'en réalité. Bien placée pour visiter la Toscane et profiter de la mer qui est à 45 minutes. Très bon accueil du propriétaire très sympathique qui vous indique les bons plans et reste disponible pendant le séjour. Tout était parfait.

Magnifique appartement rénové avec goût dans une bâtisse tout aussi charmante. Très confortable et parfaitement équipé, tout était propre et le cadre est reposant. Village bien situé, à proximité des commodités et le propriétaire qui habite l’autre appartement dans la même bâtisse est disponible, discret et surtout parle le français !!! La piscine d’appoint est fort appréciable après une journée de visite dans les villages alentours qui recèlent de trésors… Un conseil, prévoyez l’anti moustique
