Small, comfortable 3-family house 2'096 m a.s.l., 3 storeys. In the hamlet Trepalle, 8 km from the centre of Livigno, 28 km from the centre of Bormio, 100 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket 300 m, indoor swimming pool 10 km, thermal baths "Aquagranda" 10 km. Chair lift, slopes 100 m.

1'816 m a.s.l. >>Resort situated at the most northen point of Valtellina, today an international tourist centre between the Stelvio and Engandine parks in the wide valley of the river Spoel, few kms from the Swiss border. Access from the Bernina pass (in summer only) via Tirano - Bormio or from Zernez in Engadine (tunnel with limited passage times).>Livigno is a free-trade region with shopping at reduced prices. Restaurants, cinema, dances/discotheques. Small, well-known, quiet town, in a valley. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, grocery, boutiques, post office, restaurant, bar, night club. Hiking, climbing wall outdoor/indoor, waterfall, indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna.

Summer

The crispy and dry climate and its sunny position make Livigno an interesting Summer holiday resort. Cable cabins, hikes, tennis, miniature golf, swimming pool, fishing, guided alpine tours, summer skiing on the Diavolezza (Bernina pass) and the Stilfserjoch.> hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes.

Winter

Ski-region Livigno, total of 32 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 110 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school. Cross country ski tracks.

Apartmán je poměrně dobře vybavený. Prostorný, je zde místnost pro sportovní náčiní, parkovací místo 20m od dveří. Topení skvělé. Ovšem - šílené postele, proleželé, opravdu, to se nedalo. Absolutně žádné upozornění, že se v daném termínu bude dělat rekonstrukce v domě = šílený zvuk vrtačky od 8 do 15h. Naštěstí jsme trávili čas zejména venku. Velmi nízké dveře se dají s opatrností přežít. A ze zásuvek si notebook nabijete pouze v kuchyni nebo přechodka. Wifi slabá. Celkově 8/10, pro nás však 4.

Ogólnie nie ma co narzekać dobra cena bardzo blisko do stoku i sklepu oraz na skibusa. Wysocy muszą uważać bo są niskie drzwi, w kuchni bardzo długo trzeba czekać na ciepłą wodę przy braku zmywarki jest to irytujące. Gospodyni rozmawia tylko po włosku chociaż to nie jest jakiś wielki problem.

Hezké ubytování 150m od lyžařského vleku v Trepalle. Od zastávky skibusu taky vzdálené 150m. Velký apartmán, dvě ložnice. Chyběla nám myčka na nádobí. Paní domácí umí jen italsky, ale přes google překladač jsme se domluvili.

Rientrati ieri dalla vacanza a Trepalle, molto soddisfatta della struttura posizione tranquilla e ottimale per andare a sciare senza l'uso di mezzi. Siamo stati accolti in modo cordiale e la casa è confortevole dotata di tutto quanto necessita. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
