Beautiful, rustic 3-family house "Angolo di Sole". 3 km from the centre of San Remo, 24 km from the centre of Imperia, 30 km from the centre of Menton (Côte d'Azur), in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: large, well-kept garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and flowers. Hot tub, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Sanremo" 3 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
