Cosy 2-family house, 3 storeys, renovated in 2022. 2 apartments in the property. In the centre of Pietrabruna 30 km from the centre of San Remo, 10 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 15 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio, in a quiet, elevated position, 10 km from the sea, in a pedestrian area. 100 m stepped path to the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery, bar, bakery 100 m, bicycle rental 10 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 15 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 10 km, shingle beach 10 km, bathing lake "Laghetti" 5 km. Please note: car recommended.

Ein Dorf im Nirgendwo....Sabine R.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, bis auf Kochtöpfe. Wir waren nur 2. Personen, für 4 oder 6 Personen, geht das nicht. Leider werden dringende Arbeiten nicht ausgeführt. Wasserschäden in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer, kaputte Lampen ( In vielen Räumen), die Toilette wackelt... Die Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick sauber, auf den 2. leider nicht mehr. Die Beschreibung vom Dorf und seinen Angeboten, hat nicht viel mit der Wirklichkeit zu tun. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht.

Großzügige Wohnung Heidrun O.

Eine großzügige Wohnung über 2 Etagen, sehr aufwändig und wertig renoviert und eingerichtet. Wunderbare Terasse, mit grandiosem Ausblick, die ab späterem Nachmittag im Schatten liegt und dadurch auch bei heißem Wetter nutzbar ist. Noch zu erwähnen der dazugehörige großzügig angelegte Garten - auch hier wieder mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Räumlichkeiten waren jetzt auch Ende Juli erstaunlich kühl. Alles picobello sauber, sehr freundliches Housekeeping, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren.

We had a fantastic stay at Pietrabruna, enjoyed every single day, the very beautiful house, the pittoresque village, all the kind people and last but not least Marco and Rinalda, the caretaker...They are very kind, engaged and helpful.

Haus mit WeitsichtPaul P.

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit einer Dachterrasse mit Weitsicht bis zum Meer. Der grosse Garten, durch die Dorfgasse erreichbar, ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Da das Haus viele Treppen hat, ist es nicht für behinderte oder ältere Menschen geeignet. Aber für uns war es wirklich toll. Das Dorf zeigt viel "italianità" mit ihren engen, steilen und Autofreien Gassen. Es war für uns gut etwas weg vom Meer in den kühleren Hügeln zu sein. Marco war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert.
