10 m a.s.l. >>Imperia lies on the "Riviera di Ponente" (west of Genoa). It consists of two distinct parts: Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. San Remo with its elegant shops and the Casino is 21 km away. Montecarlo 72 km. Nice airport 92 km. Genoa airport 110 km. Good transport connections. The Impero valley, north of Oneglia is covered in olive groves. Palms, magnolia trees, carnations and rose fields, parks. Lots of entertainment facilities. Nautical school, small tourist harbour, riding, tennis, minigolf, swimming pool, lido, water skiing. Well-known town. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in dem Häuschen und wie immer sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Ausstattung liebevoll und die Terasse (bis mittags Sonne) auch am Abend noch sehr behaglich (Mückenspray sollte man mithaben).

Für eine Familie mit zwei eher kleineren Kindern reicht der Platz im Haus absolut aus. Das Haus ist kompakt und beinhaltet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Bei unser Ankunft war es sehr sauber, die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Die Wohnung ist für vier (möglich wären 6) Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Dennoch ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Besitzerin ist super lieb und hilfsbereit, sie hat uns sogar am Bahnhof abgeholt. Das größte Manko ist jedoch die schlechte Luft: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer kleinen, extrem steilen Straße. Jedesmal, wenn die Autos Gas geben, um den Berg hochzukommen, bleiben die Abgase in der Wohnung mangels Abzugs sehr lange stehen. Für Menschen mit Atemprobleme gefährlich.

Paola est une hôtesse très accueillante. Le logement est beau et propre et la propriétaire nous a même apporté les légumes de son jardin ainsi que des biscuits locaux pour nous accueillir. L'appartement se situe au calme dans un endroit très charmant. Je recommande vivement ce lieu dans lequel je n'hésiterais pas à retourner si cela devait se donner. Merci bcp Paola.

Wir haben uns in diesem Häuschen pudelwohl gefühlt. Auch wenn das Haus klein ist, bietet es trotzdem viel Platz auf zwei Etagen. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr genossen.

Die Vermieterin, nahm bereits im Vorfeld per WhatsApp Kontakt zu mir auf und schickte die genaue Adresse, so konnte es mühelos gefunden werden. Bei der Ankunft zeigte sie kurz und verständlich die Unterkunft. Im Anschluss wurden per WhatsApp verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten als Urlaubsideen in der Umgebung geschickt. Die Unterkunft bietet mit Ausnahme von WLAN alles was man braucht und ist trotzdem liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt ruhig.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht, bereits vorab wurde per WhatsApp der genaue Standort geschickt, so dass die Unterkunft problemlos gefunden werden konnte. Alles war vorbereitet. Sogar Urlaubsideen waren da. Mit Ausnahme von WLAN war an Ausstattung alles vorhanden. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, einzig wer zu Fuß gerne in die Stadt oder zum Stand gehen möchte, muss nach ca. 500 m mit einer viel befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg vorlieb nehmen. Weshalb wir dann dafür doch das Auto nahmen.

Das Haus war in Ordnung, aber es gibt keine Klimaanlage, keine Waschmaschine und vor allem gibt es kein Internet. Die Besitzer des Hauses waren sehr nett und ihre Behandlung von uns war die beste

L'alloggio corrispondente alla descrizione, comodo e attrezzato. Ottimo il contesto. Una manciata di case di pietra costituiscono un piccolo nucleo storico prezioso, d'atto di vicoli di volte di scalette di scorci su belle vallate di comode panchine per riposarsi e osservare quanto amore e cura hanno gli abitanti per il loro piccolo borgo. Also das war mit Abstand der mieseste Urlaub ab Mittwoch früh Immenser Baulärm (Fußboden aufstemmen) Dach neu machen etc. Dazu der Hund der Nachts wenn er allein ist die halbe Nacht heult. Keinen Parkplatz mehr vor der Tür dafür ein steiler Fußweg zum Auto Also wir nicht mehr dahin

Die Bauarbeiten sind beendet. Der Parkplatz ist vorhanden, allerdings ist er nicht für sehr große Autos geeignet.
