Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Shower/WC. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. Cosy single-family house. 2 km from the centre of Taggia, 5 km from the centre of Arma di Taggia, 7 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, 6 km from the sea, 2 km from the river. 200 m footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop "Su Strada." 90 m, sandy beach 6 km. Cycle lane 3 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Arma di Taggia

Lovely seaside resort on the west coast of Liguria, between Imperia and Sanremo. Arma di Taggia is the ideal holiday resort for families. It has a nice, long walk path along the sea. Lovely sandy beach with bathing establishments and spots of public beach (free). There are all sorts of entertaiments and its an ideal base for excursions to Sanremo (10 km) and Imperia (20 km). Bathing resort. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war leider sehr enttäuschend und mit zahlreichen Problemen behaftet. Die Buchung eines Kinderbettes wurde nicht erfüllt, was besonders ärgerlich war. Der Weg zum Haus war nicht nur steil und rutschig, sondern auch uneben und somit lebensgefährlich. Tatsächlich kam es zu einem Sturz, was die Risiken dieses Weges verdeutlicht. Der Weg zum Mülleimer war zudem äußerst unpraktisch, da er 400 Meter über eine stark befahrene Straße ohne Fußgängerweg führte – eine Zumutung und ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko, besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Ein weiteres großes Ärgernis war die defekte Waschmaschine. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir die Reinigung in Anspruch nehmen sollten, allerdings gab es keinerlei Informationen über die Wartezeit und eine Rückerstattung der Reinigungskosten fand ebenfalls nicht statt. Zu allem Überfluss fiel während unseres Aufenthalts auch das Warmwasser aus, da beide Gasflaschen leer waren. Dies führte dazu, dass wir kalt duschen mussten, was den Komfort erheblich beeinträchtigte. Die Bilder des Hauses, die online verfügbar waren, stammten offensichtlich aus früheren Jahren und stellten die Realität nicht korrekt dar. Das Haus war sehr eng, was unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich erschwerte. Der Garten war in einem desolaten Zustand – nicht gepflegt und völlig vertrocknet, was den Gesamteindruck weiter verschlechterte. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt weit von dem entfernt, was wir erwartet hatten, und wir können dieses Ferienhaus leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
