Wohnung sehr gut ausgerüstet. Balkon- und Schlafzimmertüren schliessen schlecht und sind nicht dicht. Waschmaschine war nicht sauber und noch feucht. Rampe zur Garage sehr steil, sehr langsam fahren und hinab ganz torseitig links bleiben, weil beim Knick zur Ebene der Spoiler sonst aufschlägt! In die Garage retour hineinfahren, weil nur wenig Manöverplatz! Hab es nur mit Hilfe von Partnerin geschafft! Für grössere Fahrzeuge ungeeignet! Bewohner von Wohnungen dort haben kleine Fahrzeuge!

Bezüglich der Garage möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass in der Beschreibung angegeben ist, dass sie für kleinere Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Wir hoffen, dass Sie trotz der Herausforderungen eine angenehme Zeit hatten.

Arredamento e stoviglie essenziali, con poco renderlo più accogliente, va bene per due persone la cameretta senza finestre non abitabile. Il mare è subito di fronte sul retro i treni. Ottima l'assistenza in loco. Presenza, gentilezza, disponibilità. Eccezionale.

Älteres Appartement mit Meerblick in zweiter Reihe in Sestri Levante. Die Lage ist gut, aber die Bahngleise sind in unmittelbarer Nähe! Leider lässt sich das Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht 100% schließen. Die Küche ist neu und auch im Bad sind Armaturen, Waschbecken, Toilette und Duschwanne neu ! Die Fliesen sind überall in der Wohnung aus den 70’er/ 80’er Jahren. Das Doppelbett hat eine akzeptable Matratze. Das zweiter kleine Zimmer hat keine Fenster und ist sehr klein! Garage ist unbrauchb

Appartement propre, proche de la mer et de toutes les commodités. Idéal pour un court séjour. Une belle chambre avec un grand lit double, une grande pièce à vivre. Par contre une petite pièce avec deux couchages sans fenêtres où il est difficile de mettre deux personnes adultes. Très bien pour deux enfants. Très proche de la gare avec du bruit des trains.

Die Wohnung hat für diesen Preis eine großzügige Größe und eine umfassende Ausstattung. Ideal für zwei Leute, da das zweite Schlafzimmer fensterlos. Die Schlüsselübergabe war nett und problemlos. Das Haus liegt auf der Karte verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegen, in der Realität bekommt man von der Straße nicht viel mit und auch der Bahnverkehr ist erträglich. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Für den Preis fanden wir das Angebt herausragend.

Gut ist Strandnähe und Bahnhof. Schlecht ist der Lärm von den Zügen und wenn es windig ist ziehts durch die Wohnung. Der Herr der Schlüsselübergabe sprach nur Italienisch und 200Euro Deposit muss Cash bezahlt werden. Der Garagenparkplatz kann nur ein sehr sehr geübter Fahrer benutzen.

Ottima posizione fronte mare e vicino al centro. Unica pecca sia la cucina che gli armadi e i materassi sono da rimodernare. La cucina è veramente fatiscente come l'armadiatura ricavata con delle ante rivestite di tessuto. I materassi troppo duri non si riesce a dormire. Aggiungerei in sala un divano letto visto che i due letti singoli sono stati messi in uno sgabuzzino senza finestre non oso pensare nel periodo estivo riuscire a dormirci senza clima.... Peccato perchè la zona è veramente bella.

La seconda camera al catasto si potrebbe definire sgabuzzino, nonostante la breve distanza dal mare l'appartamento risulta molto caldo e nella "camera" non finestrata quasi invibibile, un po' più di attenzione ai particolari e una tenda solare potrebbero migliorare un'ottima posizione in un bel comdoninio a 2 passi dal mare. Cmq abbiamo passato bene la nostra settimana.

L'appartamento è in Buona posizione comodo con la zona cucina e soggiorno unite con divano non divano letto ma sarebbe utile dato lo spazio ho disponibile la camera principale è comoda e spaziosa la seconda camera Senza finestre è piccola è più adatta a cabina armadio. Posizione buona sia per spiagge che per centro e supermercati. Non dispone di aria condizionata,né lavastoviglie . La vicinanza alla stazione si sente un po' ma con le finestre chiuse è accettabile , materasso cuscini nuovi.
