La casa e molto bella. Peccato che i lavori che stanno facendo sono talmente invasivi che la vacanza è stata rovinata. Sul sito si parla di lavori alla struttura ma non Si specifica l'entità che consiste in lavori che coinvolgono impalcature...trapani..martelli prenumatici...

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, nah am Strand und nah zur Altstadt. Die Matratze im großen Schlafzimmer war unbequem, aber wir konnten auf das zweite Schlafzimmer ausweichen. Es gab Malerarbeiten am Haus, das war etwas schade, da man die Fenster nicht gut öffnen konnte, aber es hat nicht arg gestört und wir wurden im Vorfeld informiert.

Sestri Levante er en koselig by og når man bor i en leilighet 50 meter fra stranda, hva kan da bli bedre? Vi bodde der under oppussing og det betydde litt byggestøv i oppgangen og ingen tilgang på balkong, men vi var ute mye av dagen, så det spilte ingen rolle. Det er litt fuktig klima, så tilgang til tørkemuligheter av håndkler og badetøy kunne vært bedre, ellers alt topp.

Es war für uns perfekt, so nahe am Strand und gleichzeitig so nahe am Bahnhof und der Altstadt zu wohnen. Die 2 Badezimmer und drei Schlafzimmer waren für unsere 5köpfige Familie ebenfalls ideal. Die Züge haben wir in der ersten Nacht zwar gut gehört, uns aber schnell daran gewöhnt. Die Fenster sind sehr gut. In der Küche fanden wir ebenfalls alles, was wir brauchten.

Excellent location - 50m from the sea, parking 10 m away. The host is super friendly, left us lots of food, came for us earlier for check-in. In the appartment is a mix of new and old furniture giving it a nice italian charm. Kitchen is very nicely equipped. All technical stuff worked great. Bathrooms clean.clWifi worked fine in 3 rooms out of 4. Trains /cars u hear all time. mattrasses for double beds are too soft and noisy, we were rolling in the middle - only thing we didnt like.

es war alles rundum passend! die Lage praktisch direkt am Meer war sehr schön und praktisch, leider fährt hinter dem Haus der Zug vorbei und vor dem Haus eine Hauptstrasse..... ansonsten super!

Great place to stay to enjoy Italy at its best. A short walk from the city center so that you can enjoy a bit of peace and less traffic. Close to a free public beach with clean water and few salespeople. If you sleep lightly you need to pay for ac, to be able to close your windows and keep the noise from the road and the trains out. We kept the windows open, enjoyed the breeze and ingnored the crazy Italians speeding and honking their horns. The place was clean, newly renovated and well equiped.
