Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare ma l'appartamento da rivedere, dagli arredi, la pulizia e le stoviglie . Bellissimo terrazzo ma completamente da rifare. Bene solo infissi finestre nuovi.

Gute Lage. Ausstattung v.a. was die Möbel anbelangt in schlechtem Zustand. Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem großen Balkon alle beschädigt, je nach Material rostig oder brüchig. Balkon als Rumpelkammer zweckentfremdet. Geräte alle funktionsfähig, die Türen in der Wohnung ließen sich aber nicht richtig schließen, also wenig Privatsphäre möglich, bei Nutzung der Wohnung mit jugendlichen Kindern ungünstig. Stockbetten außerdem zu klein für ausgewachsene Menschen.
