Large terraced house "Monvalle". 1 km from the centre of Monvalle, 9 km from the centre of Laveno, in a quiet position, 400 m from the lake. For shared use: property with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis (01.May. - 30.Sep.). Grocery 2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 200 m, ferry "Laveno - Verbania" 9 km, sandy beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Caterina del Sasso 5 km, Ispra 5 km, Angera 10 km, Varese 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Monate 8 km, Varese 9 km. Please note: car recommended. All shops, restaurants etc. in Besozzo & Ispra, 5 - 6 km. In the resort: grocery, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Lido di Monvalle, Sentiero dei Mulini, Spiaggia Guree, lakes nearby. Access: motorway Milano - Gravellona Toce, exit number "Sesto Calende" 18 km from Monvalle. Access by train Novara - Laveno-Mombello - Bellinzona. Railway station in the resort. Car ferry Laveno - Intra (Verbania) 7 km. Stresa 45 km. Orta (Lago d'Orta) 50 km. Como 53 km.

L'appartement est un peu vieillot mais très agréable, avec terrasse et balcon, bien climatisé, avec une bonne literie. La piscine de la résidence est immense et le lac à 5 minutes à pieds, avec plage et restaurant, était une belle surprise. La propriétaire est très gentille, réactive et parfaitement bilingue. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Nous avons apprécié d'être juste à 350 mètres du lac, et si près de Laveno pour les ferries. Il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter autour (Varèse, les îles Borromée, le funiculaire...). La clim est vraiment bienvenue ainsi que la machine à laver. La résidence sécurisée permet d'être serein, la piscine et le terrain de tennis sont bien agréables. Notre hôte nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement des lieux, donné des conseils pour nos visites. C'était très bien.

Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Schlafzimmern gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist eine Randlage zwischen Dorf und See. Wir waren zufrieden zumal der Seezugang mit Parkplatz und Toilette bis mitte September gut funktioniert. Der Pool war schon zu trotz Badetemperaturen, dafür ist der Strand am See ohne Steine recht angenehm

De ligging was uitstekend: op loopafstand van het meer. Het appartement was oké: airconditioner in alleen in de woonkamer, maar door alle slaapkamerdeuren open te zetten was het goed te doen. Nadeel van het appartement: geen ligbedjes bij het zwembad! De ligbedjes die er waren, zijn van "vaste gasten". Als we dit van te voren hadden geweten, had ik dit appartement niet geboekt.

Leider war die Umgebung sehr Laut. Die unteren Wohnungen waren von Einheimischen bewohnt die am Wochenende bis in die Nacht im Garten waren. Alles sehr hellhörig. Vor dem Haus verleif die Straße um den See.

Le logement est bien équipé,four plaque cuisine . Bonne literie,toilette propre mais douche un peu compliqué . Portail a ouverture non automatisee. Endroit calme,je recommande.

Das Appartement ist schon älter aber in Ordnung für diesen Preis. Die Balkonmöbel und die Couch waren nicht so toll, aber Betten in Ordnung. Super Lage am schönsten Strand des Sees.

Eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, die alles hat was man braucht. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen, allerdings ist dieser nicht so schön. Sehr viele Hunde, die dort hingehen. Der Lago Maggiore und die Landschaft drumherum sind super.

La zona è molto bella e tranquilla, la signora che ci ha fornito le chiavi è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia vi sono alcune rimostranze come il pagamento di 10€ a testa per avere biancheria da letto e da bagno, cosa mai vista, chiunque all'arrivo ti fa trovare almeno 2 asciugamani e il letto pronto con le lenzuola. La pulizia generale era fatta abbastanza bene tranne la camera da letto dove i comodini erano pieni di polvere e i piumoni dentro l'armadio idem e perciò inutilizzabili

Appartement is onderdeel van meerdere soortgelijke appartementen die door Italianen worden bewoond, waarschijnlijk als tweede woning. Het complex heeft een zwembad en tennisbaan. Zwembad is mooi groot, met rondom gras en tegels. Ook zijn er voldoende ligstoelen, echter deze mag je jammer genoeg niet gebruiken want ze behoren toe aan de vaste bewoners (Italianen). Het meer (Lago Maggiore) is op loopafstand van appartement, met publiek strandje inclusief bar/ restaurant.
