Germignaga 2 km from Luino: Large residence "Euroville", 8 storeys. 60 apartments in the residence. Above Germignaga, in an elevated position in the residential district, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: property, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis, table tennis, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lift, roof terrace. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 1.3 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Luino" 2.5 km, pebble beach 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights 'Mercato di Luino', Lungolago, Belvedere del CAI di Luino. Access: motorway A2 Gotthard/Bernardino - Milano, exit number "Lugano Nord" 22 km from Luino. Access by train Milano - Gallarate - Laveno - Luino - Bellinzona. Railway station in the resort. Bus connection. Car ferry Laveno - Intra (Verbania) 17 km. Locarno 39 km.

VORAB: Interchalet hat später auf unsere Beschwerde angemessen reagiert. DANKE! Bewertung: Der Zustand des Gebäudes und der Wohneinheit ist verwohnt, defekt, verdreckt, völlig überaltert und müsste komplett restauriert werden. Das winzige Apartment bietet uraltes Mobiliar, hat KEIN Schlafzimmer(!) und ein KLEINES Bad, mit schwarzem Schimmel an der Wand. Alle Armaturen/Geräte/Herd/Küchenzeile/Boiler/Stecker sind alt und teilweise defekt. Ergebnis: Urlaub abgebrochen. TIP: Buchen Sie nicht hier!!!

Die Wohnungen sowie Gebäude sind verwohnt, techn. defekt und unsauber. Pro: Das einzig Positive ist der wunderschöne Blick auf den See von der Aussenanlage aus ... Contra: Betr.: FW | Residenz Euroville / Germignaga / Luino Italien am Lago Maggiore | laut Anbieter: für 2 Personen 1 Zimmer / 1 Schlafzimmer. App. Nr. 18. : Entgegen Angebot/Buchung verfügt das winzige 1-Raum-Appartement NICHT über ein Schlafzimmer. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem desolaten Zustand (s. Bilder). Die Ausstattung der Gebäudes UND der Wohneinheit sind unsauber, teilweise defekt. Der Sanitärbereich ist technisch auf dem Stand der 70er Jahre und teilweise defekt wie auch die des Wohnraumes, inklusive der Küchenzeile. Die Möbel, Armaturen, Türklinken, Schlösser, Lampen, Stecker usw. sind ebenfalls beschädigt bzw. defekt. Die Wände im Nassbereich teilweise schwarz verschimmelt. Wegen dieses unerträglichen Zustandes haben wir unseren Aufenthalt am Lago Maggiore leider vorzeitig abbrechen müssen. Wir empfehlen allen Anbietern dringend diese „Location“ aus ihrem Angebot zu nehmen! Unser Fazit: Das Gebäude und die Wohnungen sind völlig veraltet, schlecht gepflegt und unzumutbar!

Möbelsammelsurium, altes Bad, kein richtiges Bett nur Klappcouch und das für 2 Personen, auf Bildern so fotografiert, als läge die Anlage an der Promenade, liegt aber auf dem Berg. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig!

Impensable de dormir dans un canapé jai était obligé d acheter un matelas gonflable pour dormir car un canapé lit pas pour nous, pour des enfants oui pas pour des grandes personnes dommage c'était un studio il faut changer le canapé et mettre un lit qui se replis contre le mur..sinon piscine tres bien en plus personnes pour voir l état des lieux avant et apres le loueur devrait se déplacer pour donner les clefs et les reprendre..et redonner la caution..
