Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht und guter Ausstattung. Nur die Stühle am Tisch auf der Terasse super unbequem. Großes Problem, die Ferienwohnung verfügt über keinen Stellplatz fürs Auto. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind durch Anwohner belegt. Da in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung weder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten noch Restaurants sind braucht man immer ein Auto, so daß Mann wenn man wieder kommt keine Parkmöglickeit in der Nähe findet.

The home was very lovely. A beautiful view. It was a good hike to the train but nothing too bad. Varenna was close and had some good restaurants.

Sehr schöne Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Unterhalb der Anlage verläuft eine Bahntrasse. Ist aber nicht sonderlich störend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist optimal. WLAN nur eingeschränkt möglich. Handys ok. Laptop konnte keine Verbindung aufbauen.

Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażonym mieszkaniem. Kuchnia posiada wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków. Widok z tarasu zapiera dech. Do Varenny 30 min drogi, ale z powrotem pod górę, więc można się zmęczyć:)

Schöne Unterkunft Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger wenig, nur mit Auto erreichbar. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein für den Aufstieg. Dafür jedoch traumhafte Aussicht.

Der Blick in die Landschaft ist unverstellt und atemberaubend schön. Die Lage der teils überdachten Terrasse Richtung Nord-Westen verspricht tolle Sonnenuntergänge! In der Nähe verläuft der Wanderweg Viandante (Strada Vecchia in Pino), der mal eben, mal steil bergauf und bergab verläuft. Mit dem Nachbarshund kann man sich gut anfreunden, dann bleibt er ruhig und gelassen, wenn man sich sieht.

sehrgute ausstattung der wohnung Pro: sehr schöner blick auf den comer see .die wohnung ist gut ausgestatet ,sauber und modern. grosse überdachte terrasse zum verweilen. Contra: leider ist unterhalb des hauses die bahnlinie und züge sind gut hörbar. (CA 20sec) nachts fahren keine züge .

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft schön. Die Lage ist nicht ganz so zentral, oben auf dem Berg, so dass man gut zu Fuß sein muss oder eben die Parkplatzprobleme in den Orten direkt am See in Kauf nehmen muss. Wij waren hier voor 3 weken. En bij aankomst was het al best schrikken. Het appartement is erg gedateerd. En zeer gehorig. Alles moet je met de auto doen. Zelfs de bakker die zoals beschreven dichtbij zou zijn is te ver weg. Het uitzicht was erg mooi maar alle huizen zijn met dit uitzicht gebouwd . Schoon was het wel maar helaas toch wel ongedierte binnen waardoor je geen rust meer hebt. Voor de supermarkt en een plekje aan het meer moet je een kwartier rijden. En de airco kost 5 euro per dag!!!

Thank you for comments. Since this property is in the nature and close to a lake, it can be expected that insects will be present. As it is located in small villages, quiet and you have to walk to reach everything. Regarding noises, the train, can be heard, where the first one in the morning passes around 6:00 am, at about 1.30 hour intervals, and the last one passes at 10:00 pm.

Great views, relaxing and a great patio. The host is very welcoming. There is a lot of equipment for cooking. We enjoyed that very much. This is also one of the things you have to, because there is not much close by. Pino, the village which is part of Fiumelatte, is very quiet. If you prefer this it is very pleasant, compared to for instance Varenna. It is nice if you want to make lots of day trips in the area. Take you car, or walk to the train station (15min walk, every hour a train leaves to the north and south). There is also the Greenway wich is a walkway towards Varenna. You can walk down to one of the small pebble beaches. It will take you frustratingly long to get there because the most direct walkways are all private property. It takes about 15/20min walking, which includes a 400m walk along the busy road (NOT FOR KIDS!). Due to the inaccessibility, the beach is never crowded.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Sogar eine Spülmaschine! Die Nachbarn sind nett und der Blick auf den See hinaus ist traumhaft. Die Bahnlinie stört nicht weiter. Bei der Anreise sollte man vorher schon im Supermarkt vorbeifahren und sich das Nötigste besorgen. Im Ortsteil Pino selbst gibt es keine fußläufig erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeit.

Wenn man von den Stromleitungen absieht hat man von der Terrasse aus eine Postkarten-Aussicht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger negativ Punkt ist das von 5 Uhr morgens bis 10 Uhr abends der Zug in ca halbstündlichen Takt vorbeifährt.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien. Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig. Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Comer See und Bellagio. Fußweg nach Varenna ist in 40- 50 Minuten gut machbar. Einfache und unkomplizierte Abwicklung aller Formalitäten mit S. Kein WLAN.
