La situation avec vue sur le lac de Côme est paradisiaque, la maison ancienne en pierre (rénovée) est charmante. La propriété est très grande et entretenue. L'accès est simple avec place de stationnement et garage. il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.
