For shared use: natural state property (fenced), terraced garden with plants, meadow. 3 km long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (250 m via unmade road, mountain road). Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 20 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Como" 60 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gravedona" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km.

All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Lungolago (Sorico-Gravedona-Cremia), Palazzo Gallio, Centro Storico. Access: road N340 Como - Gravedona - Colico. Railway station "Como (Milano-Zürich)" 55 km. Bus connection. Tremezzina 24 km. Chiavenna 32 km. Varenna 36 km.

Les marches pour monter au logement sont non sécurisés. Herbe non tondue donc vipères. La personne chargée de nous remettre notre caution le jour de notre départ ne s est pas présentée.. .on a du aller à son domicile remettre les clefs et récupérer notre caution

Das Haus liegt mitten in den Bergen. Die Anfahrt ist auf steilen schmalen Straßen machbar. Das letzte Stück ist nicht geteert aber auch mit dem normalen. PkW machbar. Vermieter sehr nett. Haus einfach, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Unteres Stockwerk nur Klappbetten und nur 1 kl Elektroheizung funktionstüchtig. Umgebung ruhig, hervorragend für Kinder/Hunde. Nette hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Wir (2 Fam.) Hatten eine schöne Zeit. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

Schönes Haus mitten im Berg. Zufahrt mit normalen PKW machbar. Oberes Stockwerk einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Das untere Zimmer besteht aus Klappbetten. Das untere Bad ist neu. Gute Grundausstattung. Schöner Außenbereich. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Wir (2 Familien) hatten einen schönen Urlaub und die Kinder konnten sich auf dem Grundstück und im angrenzenden Wald nach Herzenslust austoben. Auch die Nachbarn sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wlan vorhanden, 1x Pelletofen und offener Kamin im oberen Stockwerk. Unteres Stockwerk nur 1 elektrische Heizung funktionstüchtig. Großartiger Blick auf den Comer See
