Large, historical apartment house "Monica", 3 storeys, terraced, from the 15th century. 9 apartments in the property. In the centre of Gravedona 2 km from the centre of Domaso, 52 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the lake, in a pedestrian area. For shared use: small terraced garden with lawn, courtyard. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Public parking 20 m on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 100 m, bakery 200 m, café 100 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 450 m, railway station "Colico" 16 km, sandy beach "Serenella" 900 m, grass beach "Lido di Gravedona" 900 m. Marina 200 m, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school, sailing school, indoor tennis centre, sports centre, children's playground 800 m. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio, Lake Como Adventure Park, Bellagio, Menaggio, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. 201 m a.s.l. >>Historical, picturesque resort with 4'100 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region on the lake, on a slope with beautiful view, 17 km north from Menaggio, 55 km north from Como, 53 km north from Lecco. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Lungolago (Sorico-Gravedona-Cremia), Palazzo Gallio, Centro Storico. Access: road N340 Como - Gravedona - Colico. Railway station "Como (Milano-Zürich)" 55 km. Bus connection. Tremezzina 24 km. Chiavenna 32 km. Varenna 36 km.

Rustikale Wohnung im 3. OGDaniela W.

Sehr rustikal wirkende Wohnung im 3.OG unterm Dach eines Mietshauses. Der Außenbereich befindet sich auf halber Höhe im Innenhof und kann von mehreren Parteien genutzt werden. Zentraler gehts kaum, nur 100m die Gasse runter zum See bzw zur Promenade mit Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Allerdings abends laut und kein Seeblick. Die nächste Badestelle ist ca 900m entfert. Das Wasser ist sehr klar, Kiesstrand, Bistro, wenige Schattenplätze.

Die Wohnung war sehr rustikal, im 3. OG eines Mietshauses und in einer engen Gasse ca 100m vom See inmitten der Ortschaft gelegen. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Es war allerdings aufgrund der zentralen Lage abends und nachts recht laut. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr warm, wir hätten uns aufgrund der Lage direkt unterm Dach einen Decken- oder Standventilator zwecks Kühlung gewünscht. Zum Außenbereich im Innenhof gelangt man, wenn man im Treppenhaus anderthalb Geschosse wieder runter geht, er wirkt etwas unordentlich. Der Weg war uns zu umständlich, um draußen zu frühstücken oder fürs Abendessen. Für einen Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein mag es ok sein. Es gibt jedoch kaum Platz für Kinder zum Spielen. Der Blick auf den See bleibt von der Wohnung aus leider verwehrt. Insgesamt ist Gravedona ein toller Ort, um Urlaub zu machen. Die Badestelle bei den Sportstätten ca 900m entfernt ist wirklich sehr schön und zu empfehlen.
