Montecatini is situated at the foot of the Appenine mountains. Lovely green areas, walks along the long avenues and parks between the 9 thermal baths. Montecatini Alta, an historical hamlet connected by funicular, offers a fantastic view. Chic, well-known spa resort with 20'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, in the plane, in a convenient position, 16 km south-west from Pistoia, 32 km east from Lucca, 45 km north-west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, wellness centre, health cures.

Die Wohnung war für vier Personen super. Die Gastgeberin konnte gut deutsch. War freundlich. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hier könnte etwas nachgebessert werden. Die Reinigung vom Pool war innerhalb 10 Tage nur einmal, das fanden wir deutlich zuwenig

Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich mit sehr gutem Deutsch empfangen. Den Aufenthalt sowie den selbstgemachten Wein und das Olivenöl haben wir sehr genossen. Unterhalb eines Olivenhains konnten wir auf der schönen Terrasse und am wunderschönen Pool meist völlig ungestört entspannen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Après un accueil minimaliste, nous avons pu constater des points négatifs: - Télévision hors d'âge - Hotte qui ne fonctionne pas - Pas de lave vaisselle comme indiqué - pas de buanderie comme signalé - Pommeaux de douche totalement entartrés donc inutilisables -Cuvettes toilettes entartrées -Store d'u ne chambre dégradé - Accès WIFI quasi inexistant - Pas de ventilateurs en l'absence de clim, etc. Bref, séjour plutôt décevant.

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist gerade noch akzeptabel. Aber grundsätzlichliche Ausstattung solle funktionieren. Die Toilette sah ganz furchtbar aus, Rollos waren defekt, die Aussenanlage war teilweise sehr heruntergekommen usw..
