It is situated in the middle of the green, hilly countryside of Mugello, on the slope of Futa Pass. The property comprises: an old barn, converted into 2 apartments, an old henhouse and an old country house divided into 8 apartments, some of them with stone walls and all of them with outdoor area or garden. The apartments were furnished with great attention to detail but without losing the original rustic style (e.g. exposed beams, arcs and wooden window frames).
