In the centre of Campitello 2 km from the centre of Canazei, in a busy, sunny position, 200 m from the skiing area, on a main road, south facing position. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking 500 m extra. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 20 m. Chair lift 200 m, ski bus stop 20 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 400 m, Lago di Carezza 21 km.

Location Description Canazei

1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

Appartement is prima, hoewel sommige zaken een opknapbeurt mogen. Prima locatie in centrum en kleine afstand tot skilift. Skilocker is eigenlijk te klein voor vier paar ski's en schoenen. Let op: geen parkeerplaats aanwezig; betaald parkeren op terrein skilift is goedkoopste optie voor meerdere dagen.

Stromversorgung mangelhaft, teilweise ausgefallen wegen Überlastung Ausstattung Küche und Utensilien unvollständig und teilweise mal zu erneuern. Ansonsten sauber und eine super Lage,zentral und nahe der Seilbahn.

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass die Wohnung über eine Stromversorgung von 3,5 kW verfügt und es wichtig ist, nicht mehrere große Geräte gleichzeitig zu nutzen, um eine Überlastung zu vermeiden. The apartment is big enough for a family of five. It is located in the center of the village. The gondola is only 150 m away. There is peace and quiet in the house. The staff is friendly. The disadvantage is the poor lighting in the apartment. We will come back to this apartment again.

La zona di Campitello di Fassa è molto bella ed organizzata. Non mancano le piste ciclabili e i sentieri per le escursioni. Per chi non ama salire per il sentiero, c'è la funivia del Col Rodella per arrivare in altura e percorrere i sentieri sulle creste della montagna.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the ski lift and with a good selection of bars, restaurants, local shops and a supermarket close by. Canazei too is just a 30 min walk along the river. We found the apartment very clean and it was cozy, meaning we were more than happy to spend our evenings at home after being out skiing all day. The flat also offers a nice view of the mountains. The staff at the office in Canazei were extremely kind and helpful, and gave us great local suggestions!

Location molto buona essendo in centro al paese con tutti i servizi bar pasticceria forno coop e vari negozi di sport distanti pochi metri. Confortevole appartamento unico aspetto negativo 3 piano senza ascensore . Complessivamente consiglio positivamente Assistenza reception molto educata e cortese.
