In the centre of Campitello 2 km from the centre of Canazei, in a busy, sunny position, 200 m from the skiing area, on a main road, south facing position. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking 500 m extra. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 20 m. Chair lift 200 m, ski bus stop 20 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 400 m, Lago di Carezza 21 km.

Location Description Canazei

1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

Die Unterkunft war OK. Küchenauststattung hielt sich in Grenten. Spühlmaschiene war schlecht. Geschirr war oft noch dreckig. Die Dame vom Empfang hätte bei der Schlüsselübergabe gerne etwas freundlicher sein können.

L'appartamento è collocato in un edificio curato e gradevole, nel centro di Campitello e a breve distanza dagli impianti di risalita. Gli interni sono arredati in tipico stile montano, con mobili di pino naturale. Unico neo i materassi usurati che necessitano di essere sostituiti.

L'appartamento è molto grazioso e luminoso. È in pieno centro, quindi comodissimo per raggiungere negozi, passeggiate e funivia. Nonostante le finestre si affaccino sulla via principale, una volta chiusi i vetri non si sente assolutamente nessun rumore, né di traffico, né del fiume che scorre proprio in piazza.
