Communal covered parking (extra) at 50 m, public parking on the road extra. Grocery 10 m, restaurant, bus stop 20 m, railway station 1 km, sandy beach 20 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 1 km, riding stable 1 km. Nearby attractions: Pesaro 18 km, Rimini 25 km, Urbino 39 km, Baia Vallugola 7 km, Aquafan Riccione 10 km, Garage extra € 10-15 / 24 h 50 m. Please note: car not advisable. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.

Unica nota positiva è la posizione. Per il resto l'appartamento si presenta piuttosto datato, arredato con "mobili della nonna" e con materassi sfondati. Pulizia poco curata.

Thank you for rating this 2 star property. Please rest assured that our apartments are always viewed during the closing period to make any necessary improvements. The place is always cleaned between each guest leaving and arriving, though guests can notify the keyholder within 48 hrs if initial cleaning is not sufficient. The cleaning team can return to do corrections.

Es fehlte auf der Dachterasse ein Sonnenschirm. Daher konnte die Terrasse nur nach Sonnenuntergang genutzt werden. Im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche gab es kaum Möglichkeiten, die Kleider zu verstauen. Feueranzünder war leer, Streichhölzer nicht vorhanden. Espressokanne nur für zwei Personen. Um in die Tiefgarage zu gelangen bzw. heraus zu fahren, war ein Code notwendig. Dieser wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. Wir standen vor bei der Ausfahrt vor verschlossenem Tor.

Molto bassa x gli standard interhome. sono molte delusa, consigli di togliere la casa dal vs catalogo. Piuzza in bagno. Personale di consegna chiavi scortese Non si poteva accendere il gas senza accendino, siamo dovuti andare dal tabaccaio...poco spazio x le stoviglie

Sehr zentrale Lage, ganz nah am Strand, tolle Dachterrasse, allerdings sehr hellhöriges Haus, keine richtige Haustür, nur "Fensterladen" ohne zusätzliche Innentüre. Sicherheit aber gewährleistet, weil man über die Dachterrasse mit gesichertem Schmiedeeisentor ins Appartement hineinkommt. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, findet in der Hauptreisezeit nur schlecht zentral einen Parkplatz!

appartamento datato, manca insonorizzazione di finestre e porte, con conseguente frastuono notturno fino all'alba, dato che e' situato in zona centrale, aria condizionata non efficiente, terrazzo, che poteva essere buona cosa, al centro di condomini quindi poco fruibile e godibile. bagno e doccia non certamente nelle migliori condizioni. letti con reti e materassi superusurati, si sprofonda ovunque.
