In the centre of Campitello 2 km from the centre of Canazei, in a busy, sunny position, 200 m from the skiing area, on a main road, south facing position. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking 500 m extra. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 20 m. Chair lift 200 m, ski bus stop 20 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 400 m, Lago di Carezza 21 km.

Location Description Canazei

1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

Bellissimo appartamento, vista stupenda. Anche se ubicato su strada molto trafficata non si sentiva alcun rumore. Unico rammarico è’ il parcheggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nel mese di agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene in quanto zona molto servita e vicina alle escursioni giornaliere. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo anche l'anno prossimo!

Duży, przestronny apartament, można z psami - a to dla nas ważne. Wielki telewizor z aplikacją np Netflix , lodówka, pralka itp. Apartament w samym środku Campitello, blisko do wyciągów. Atrakcyjna cena.

Haus liegt absolut zentral im Ort Campitello die Fassa, nur wenige Gehminuten (mit Skischuhen) von der Talstation der Gondel entfernt. Nachts, auch während der Ferienzeit kaum Störungen durch Straßenverkehr. Etwas hellhöriges Haus - wenn die Nachbarn nach Hause kommen - ist dies deutlich hörbar.

Appartamento carissimo per il periodo, rumoroso (sulla strada principale), camera comunicante con un altro appartamento e quindi poca privacy, neanche un tappetino per la doccia, troppo, davvero troppo cara per il periodo e l'oggetto. appartamento un po datato, lasciato a se, dimostrato anche dal fatto che sulla porta interna vi è un cartello che riporta una sanzione in lire e non in euro. in bagno ci sono 2 spazzolini per il water. posate e fornitura cucina scarse ( 4 forchette di numero e 4 coltelli tutti diversi di cui uno anche rotto). Non erano presenti secchi per la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. parcheggio non disponibile anche se indicato nel contratto "Parcheggio (numero posti limitato) presso la casa".
