1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln Jochen Z.

Die Wohnung #1 haben wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind über die Faschingsferien bewohnt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Leider ist die Einrichtung und die Geräte schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Heizung lässt sich nicht verstellen, so dass es häufig etwas frisch in den Räumen ist. Die Sicherung fällt häufiger raus. Man braucht ein bisschen Übung. Die Lage ist super. 100 Meter bis zum Skibus.

Es freut uns, dass Ihnen die Lage der Wohnung gefallen hat. Die Heizung ist derzeit auf eine maximal erlaubte Temperatur von 22 Grad begrenzt, gemäß italienischem Gesetz. Auch die Sicherungsproblematik wurde als akustisches Signal aufgrund der Überschreitung des zulässigen Kw/h-Werts identifiziert, was jedoch in der Regel leicht zu beheben ist. Das Wi-Fi- Problem konnte durch die Installation eines Geräts gelöst werden. Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung.
