Duży wygodny dom w sercu Toskanii, bardzo mili gospodarze, dom dobrze wyposażony, okolica malownicza jak w filmie Gladiator. Rzadko można spotkać tak duży, dobrze utrzymany basen. W domu niczego nie brakuje - dla wybrednych w sezonie może brakować klimatyzacji. Teren wokół obiektu nie jest ogrodzony. Świetna baza wypadowa na wycieczki od Pizy do Rzymu. Niestety włoskie drogi są w strasznym stanie. Na większości remonty, na których nic się nie dzieje.

Also alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, aber…. …. Das Haus ist leider schon etwas abgewohnt, manche Steckdosen funktionieren schon nicht mehr, hängen aus de Wand. Das Grundstück ist nicht so groß wie beschrieben und auch nicht komplett eingezäunt. Was sehr schade war, da wir mit Hunden angereist sind und diese eben so das Grundstück verlassen konnten. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und war das Highlight für die Kids. Ausflüge mit Kids sind auch begrenzt. Aber für einen Badeurlaub geht es gut

Die Steckdosen wurden alle kontrolliert und repariert, bitte entschuldigen Sie diesen Mangel, der den Urlaub etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Wir bedauern das Missverständnis hinsichtlich des Zauns. Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass wir in unserer Objektbeschreibung zwar angeben, dass das Anwesen eingezäunt ist, es sich aber nicht um ein komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück handelt. Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie bald wieder begrüßen dürfen.

Wir waren mit Familie und Freunden mit Kindern 4-14 Jahre dort, tolles großes Haus mit voller Ausstattung und auch Küche war voll ausgestattet, 2 Waschmaschinen mit wäscheständer und Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, 2 Kühlschränke mit Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine uvm. Pool wurde alle 2 Tage saubergemacht, ganz liebe/nette italienische Besitzer, zur Schlüsselübergabe war deutschsprachige Frau da. Ansonsten war alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt.

Die Anlage zur Alleinbenutzung ist sehr vielseitig. Der Garten (2000 m² statt 10 000 m² wie angegeben) ist groß , der Pool ständig top gepflegt. Sonnenschirme und Liegen sind knapp. Die Erdgeschoßwohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Kamin stinkt und es gibt kaum Stauraum, da alle Schränke im ganzen Haus pickepacke voll sind. Die Wohnung im OG ist hell und schön, die Bäder absolut okay. Der Küchenboden ist schräg wie auf einem Schiff. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
