Location Description Arezzo

296 m a.s.l. >>Arezzo is situated on a small hill on the edge of a wide valley basin between the high valley of Casentino, the Arno and the Chianti valleys. The town which lives from crafts and trade (known for goldsmith art) still displays many buildings from the Middle Ages. One can view the masterpiece of Piero della Francesca in the San Francesco church: the fresque "The Legend of the Cross". The antique market on the Piazza Grande is well-known. Important, historical town with 90'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in the plane, on a river, in a convenient position, 65 km north-east from Siena, 75 km south-east from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Die Garten und Poolanlage ist wunderschön. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und würde eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Ansonsten ist alles empfehlenswert.

Warm ontvangst, fijn contact met de familie (verhuurders). Huis wel wat onhandig ingedeeld, maar we hebben vooral gekozen voor de buitenruimte. Deze is prachtig en zeker als het lekker weer is.

Vi hade en underbar, avkopplande semester. Huset och trädgården med den stora poolen var fantastisk. Allt du behöver fanns i huset. Hyresvärdarna är mycket trevliga och diskreta. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Super piscine, beau jardin, maison fonctionnelle, avec malheureusement beaucoup trop de decorations et bibelots. Trop fraiche à notre arrivée, vu le temps pluvieux et froid. Dommage aussi pour les chiens qui nous reveillaient la nuit par leurs aboiements. Excellente communication avec le proprietaire, très agréable. Excellent raapport qualité prix !

Ein freundlicher Vermieter erwartete uns. Obwohl er weitgehend nur italienisch sprach, gelang es ihm durch seine empathische Art, uns herzlich auszunehmen. Wir bekamen gute Restaurantempfehlungen und Ausflugstipps. Diese, im Wechsel mit schönen Frühstücken im Gartenpavillion und entspannten Tagen am Pool, ließen uns einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Ausflugszielen waren neben dem schönen Arezzo u.a. Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena, Florenz (gut mit dem Zug zu erreichen). Weiterempfehlung!

Grootste deel van het verblijf buiten doorgebracht in bIjzonder mooie tuin, terrassen en goed onderhouden zwembad. Voldoende mogelijkheden om in de schaduw van de zomer te genieten.

Eine wunderschöne und gepflegte Anlage, ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus und ein großer Garten samt Pool. Das Übrige tun C.,C. und F. mit A., die im nahen Haus ihren Pflichten als Vermieter perfekt nachkommen. Liebenswerte Menschen, hilfsbereit, unaufdringlich und immer ansprechbar. Aki, der treue Golden Retriever, sorgte dafür, dass nichts an Lebensmitteln weggeworfen werden musste. Eine Wohlfühlzone in der wunderschönen Toskana.

Prettig vakantiehuis met vriendelijke eigenaar. Huis is wat interieur betreft gedateerd. Tuin is fantastisch. Voorzieningen goed. WiFi zeer matig en alleen Italiaanse TV.

Wir haben 2 Wochen im kleinen Paradies verbracht; einfach nur traumhaft. Der Garten, der Pool sehr schön. Natürlich hat es den Mücken dort besonders gut gefallen. Die Eigentümer des Hauses Carla, Carlo, Francesca und Andrea waren sehr sehr freundlich und liebenswert. Wir haben neue Freunde gefunden. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man so in den Ferien braucht. Eine weitere Toilette im Erdgeschoß wäre wünschenswert gewesen; aber auch daran gewöhnte man sich schnell. Für Gäste, die sich mit Treppensteigen etwas schwer tun, ist das Haus nicht so gut geeignet. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr schön ruhig und etwas außerhalb von Arezzo gelegen, trotzdem alles in der Nähe: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei Lokale. Sehenswerte Städte der Toskana gut erreichbar. Toller, gut gepflegter Pool. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und nicht aufdringliche Gastgeber.

Traumhaftes Familienferienhaus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit einem sehr schönen Garten und Pool zum verweilen Absolut ruhig. Die Besitzer Familie wohnen im gleichem Grundstück und sind einfach wunderbare Menschen, die sehr zurückhaltend sind aber immer da sind wenn man sie braucht. Man bekommt super Tipps für Ausflüge usw. Die Hunde ... sind einfach goldig. absolut zum weiterempfehlen und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr Wieder. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Familie ...
