Private: property 2'900 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool fenced (6 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Location Description Anghiari

Chiusi is one of the main towns in the Foreste Casentinesi national park which stretches over an area of 36400 hectares between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. One 1.80% of the park area is covered by a wood with fir trees, some of which measure almost 30 m. Various popular animals: wolves, red deer, gamos and eagles. Arezzo 43 km.

Die Villa le Pine ist eine 5 Sterne Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber L. ist Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit, der gesamte Urlaub war ein einziger Traum. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist riesig und komplett eingezäunt so das auch unser Hund eine tolle Zeit hatte. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber, wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Het huis zelf en erom heen niks om aan te merken, goed onderhouden en schoon. In het huis ontbreekt het wel van diezelfde luxe. De meubels zijn gedateerd of ontbreken. Zoals bv een normale zithoek voor een familie. In de keuken zelf ontbreekt er eigenlijk erg veel. Geen deksels voor de pannen er was bv geen kurkentrekker en dat in Toscane. Geen bbq benodigdheden zelf moeten aanschaffen. De keuken zelf erg gedateerd.

Das Haus war sauber und alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Die Matratzen gut! Ein riesiger eingezäunter Garten, perfekt mit Hunden.

Beautiful Tuscan Villa with lots of space and a big garden with pool. We stayed 2 weeks as a family with 2 kids and had a great time. The villa is 15min by car from Arezzo on the hills. A very good place to be in the hot summer weeks due to a big garden with natural shadow of big trees. The villa is well equipped, in future a bigger couch would be nice but this is complaining on a very high level. Rooms and decor of the Villa are very nice. L. and his family are very nice and friendly hosts.

Sehr schönes Grundstūck und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist mit dem Notwendigstem eingerichtet. Leider hat die Unterkunft kein Sofa, nur zwei Sessel und wir waren 5 Erwachsene.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, findet dort genau den richtigen Platz! Pro: Der Vermieter war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Hat z.B. täglich den Pool gereinigt. Ein wunderschönes Gebiet in traumhafter Natur, wie auch das Anwesen selbst. Es hat nichts gefehlt!!!!!! Contra: Nichts!!

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Besitzer sind nett und gastfreundlich, sprechen italienisch und englisch. Im Haus war alles was man so braucht. Der Garten ist groß und komplett umzäunt also für Hunde ideal. Der neu Pool wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Liebe grüße :)

Een fantastische omgeving en een huis dat voldoet aan de basisvoorzieningen. Voor huisdierbezitters een prima locatie, grote tuin en alles is omheind, de honden kunnen geen kant op. Tuinmeubilair is voldoende aanwezig, ligbedden en luie stoelen in de tuin en rond het zwembad. Keuken voldoet, is aan de kleine kant en het ontbreken van eenvoudige keukenspullen is jammer (pollepels, knoflookpers, citruspers, opdienbestek, kleine schaaltjes etc.). Maar al met al een prima huis om naar terug te keren
