Fonyód 49 km from Siófok: Cosy semi-detached house "Freesia", 2 storeys. In the resort, 100 m from the lake, 300 m from the beach. Private: garden 200 m2. Patio. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 200 m, grass beach 100 m.

Family-friendly summer holiday resort directly by the Lake Balaton, 13 km west from Balatonlelle, 42 km south-east from Kesztely, 52 km west from Siofok. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park Balatonlelle 13 km. Access: railway station in the resort. Car ferry Szantod - Tihany 38 km. Balatonlelle 13 km. Keszthely 42 km. Siofok 52 km.

Sandy beach, 200 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Bathing bay. Waterpark "Balatonlelle" in 13 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Kalandpark Balatonboglar" 13 km.

Das Haus war soweit ok. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Meter zum Balaton. Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen, da die kleinen Zimmer im Obergeschoss sehr warm waren. Es gab nur 1 Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Das einzige was uns sehr gestört hatte waren die Hunde von der Hausbesitzerin des Nebengrundstückes... durchweg gebellt (auch Nachts)...

Es ist bedauerlich, dass Sie den Besitzer vor Ort nicht über die Unzufriedenheit hinsichtlich des Hundegebells informiert haben, er hätte sich gern darum bemüht, eine Lösung mit den Nachbarn zu besprechen, um Ihren Komfort zu gewährleisten. Das Haus war soweit ok. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Meter zum Balaton. Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen, da die kleinen Zimmer im Obergeschoss sehr warm waren. Es gab nur 1 Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Laut Beschreibung hätten aber 2 Zimmer ein Doppelbett haben müssen, hatte uns aber nicht gestört. Das einzige was uns sehr gestört hatte waren die Hunde von der Hausbesitzerin des Nebengrundstückes. Diese Hunde waren 24 h draußen und haben durchweg gebellt (auch Nachts). Man konnte Nachts kein Fenster aufmachen, dementsprechend war es sehr warm. Also Ausschlafen und mal ruhig auf der Terasse sitzen ging nicht.
