Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Zinnowitz

Well-known, old bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 11 km east from Wolgast, 30 km north from Ahlbeck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Cultural events Freilichtbühne (Vineta-Festspiele). Access: railway station in the resort. Zinnowitz is a seaside resort that is more than 150 years old and is located in one of the narrowest places on the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests. At the beginning of the 20th century, villas and houses were built in the classic seaside architecture, which have now been lovingly restored and, together with the spacious promenade, guarantee interesting and beautiful holidays. Boat trips to Swinoujscie leave from the pier. The unique local history and bathing museum as well as changing theater performances have earned Zinnowitz the unofficial title of "Cultural Capital of Usedom".

Sandy beach, 3 km long, up to 40 m wide, gently sloping, suitable for children. Waterpark "Bernsteintherme". Sports harbour Achterwasser (Bootsvermietung) in 1.5 km. Sailing, surfing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Die Vermittlung ist super gerne immer wieder !!! Super Service!! Nun zur Wohnung sehr schlecht richt im Treppenhaus wie ein Klärwerk unmöglich Heitzung fällt aus Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles da .Aber der Gestank wir sind vorzeitig Abgereist schade ums Geld da sollte der Eigentümer mal was machen

Der Geruch wurde inzwischen beseitigt und die Heizung funktioniert korrekt, heizt jedoch nicht über 22 Grad. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie unseren Service und die Ausstattung der Wohnung schätzen. Kurzentschlossen konnten wir eine ruhige Ferienwohnung nahe der Strandpromenade und nur 2 min vom Strand buchen. Das Team war sehr freundlich. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir können Interhome sehr empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft müsste mal unbedingt komplett überholt werden. Also im Allgemeinen lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und das Material zum zwischendurch reinigen was dort vorhanden ist. Schön war die Strandnähe, nicht mal 2 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Kino in der Nähe und die Gaststätte Kartoffelburg ist sehr zu empfehlen, leider keine Reservierung, also mit Wartezeit immer sehr voll.

Die Unterkunft müsste mal unbedingt komplett überholt werden, im Bad müssten mal die Duschetüren erneuert werden sind ziemlich verkeimt, in den anderen Räumen mal die Vorhänge reinigen und mal frisch gestrichen werden. Küche müsste mal alles an Untenstilen vernünftig auf Sauberkeit kontrolliert werden. Also im Allgemeinen die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig und das Material zum sauber machen. Schön war die Strandnähe, in nur 2 min ist man da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Kino war nicht weit weg.

Haus schon sehr alt.Garten könnte besser aussehen.Sitzplätze morsch.Terrasse na ja. Innenausstattung ok.Betten sehr gut. Im allgemeinen alles soweit ok.

Ausstattung sehr gut, Sauberkeit: Reinigung könnte intensiviert werden in Punkten Gardinen, Terrasse und Spinnweben, sonst gut. Kleinigkeiten an Reparaturen sind durch uns gemeldet worden, hätten aber selbst entdeckt werden können. Nähe zur Innenstadt und Strand unschlagbar, grosse Terrasse super. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs, sehr angenehm, Hausherr Hundefreund und sehr nett. Immer gerne wieder.
